RE: another paycheck

Life is definitely getting harder and a lot of it has to do with inflation. Between utilities and food, things have doubled or the size/quality has receded. Trying to recoup some of that loss by raising our prices or asking for a raise is not in the cards either. So, working harder and longer seems to be the only way forward. It's not even a way out, just a survival pathway. There's always the "Jumbo", but today is the last day for that 10億円.

I wish I had some good news about the future, but it looks like it's all downhill. I guess we just have to find the positive things liike our families. Divorce rates are astronomical so it's amazing we're both still married!

Honestly, my Christian faith has been the only thing that has pulled me back from the abyss lately. Regardless of how dark I think the future will be, my faith is the light that is always there for me.
