Topal (Turkish Song) Cover by @rsntpl
It is a song that is played at weddings and festivals in our regions as an instrumentally rich and entertaining song. The game has its own unique dance figures and I will share them with you below. It is also a type of music unique to Ankara, the capital city of Turkey. Ankara is considered my second hometown and I love these types of music and dance. I hope you will notice the notes, melodies and if you feel pleasant emotions while listening.
From Kubat :
Lyrics of the song:
I'm coming from Ankara's hand
You didn't remove the spoons from your waist
you go lame
you lame lame
Get you lame and stay here tonight
It comes with a side wheel, but run away
Close doors, chimneys
you go lame
you lame lame
Get you lame and stay here tonight

Love the half notes in this one.
I appreciate your knowledge of music 👏, thank you for your visit my video.😉
I'm glad to see the saz being played here on hive. I have one but I still haven't figured out how to incorporate the half notes effectively lol, my ear is geared too much to western music.
In western music, the sounds of the piano are based on semitones like the guitar and I think this is normal. I think that maybe the cultural differences and utterances in middle eastern and eastern music are due to the need to divide a sound into a sound and a mibol sound. I also like that you get to know saz and baglama in this way. I am really glad to have your attention on us. thank you. Also the first person was me played baglama on hive :)) this is my nice memory. @ veliozdemiroglu and @ okayozdemiroglu also my dear friends who play baglama on hive. Maybe you listened them..
Congratulations!
