A day with my friend Michelle (Eng-Esp)
Hello dear friends of this beautiful community I hope you are well and have a beautiful day, a few days ago I was running errands with my friend Michelle, which is my friendship cactus, since we see each other once a month, but we are always in contact for good and bad times, having her friendship is something very nice because we have known each other for years, and we have both gone through similar processes with our families.
Hola queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad espero que se encuentre bien y tengan un hermoso día, hace unos días estuve haciendo diligencia con mi amiga Michelle, la cual es mi amistad cactus, ya que nos vemos una vez al mes, pero siempre estamos en contacto para las buenas y malas, tener su amistad es algo muy lindo porque nos conocemos desde hace años, y ambas hemos pasado por procesos con nuestros familiares similares.

Her father died years ago of cancer and mine also I think that identified us what we would be great friends, although I met her before her father died, but throughout the process of the disease I was supporting her from a distance because she was in Caracas and I was on the island, our friendship is very nice because as I said we were in the bad times where sometimes not even to eat we had, or when we had to work as waitresses in a night restaurant even though we had a job that we studied, but the money was not enough, we always had many occurrences like going to buy a bottle of sevillana a few blocks from her house to drink it while we talked shit at her house, I remember that my husband took me to share with her and then went to pick me up.
I hope that this friendship lasts for years, and that even though we are not seeing each other often because of our work, we do not lose the beautiful communication that we have today.
El papá de ella murió hace años de cáncer y el mío también creo que eso nos identificó qué seríamos grandes amigas, aunque yo la conocí antes que su papá falleciera, pero en todo ese proceso de la enfermedad estuve apoyándola a ella a distancia porque ella estaba en caracas y yo en la isla, nuestra amistad es muy bonita porque como dije estuvimos en los malos momentos donde a veces ni para comer teníamos, o cuando teníamos que trabajar de mesoneras en un restaurante nocturno a pesar de tener trabajo de ll que estudiamos, pero el dinero no alcanzaba, siempre tuvimos muchas ocurrencias como ir a comprar a unas cuadras de su casa una botella de sevillana para tomárnosla mientras hablábamos pendejadas en su casa, recuerdo que mi esposo me llevaba a compartir con ella y luego me iba a buscar.
Espero que esta amistad dure años, y que a pesar de que no estamos viéndonos seguidos por el trabajo de cada una, no perdamos esa comunicación tan bonita que hoy en día tenemos.
