Hola querida comunidad, de nuevo estoy por acá, para compartirles una receta bastante fácil, pero muy rica, ideal para las personas que al igual que yo están intentando bajar de peso realizando una dieta cetogenica (KETO), eliminando el consumo de hidratos de carbono (carbohidratos), y aumentando el consumo de grasas y proteína.

Las preparaciones que realizo, son adaptadas a lo que a mi me gusta comer, quizás algún ingrediente de los que utilizo a usted no le guste o le caiga mal, lo ideal en este caso seria que pueda sustituirlo con otro alimento de su preferencia o eliminarlo de la preparación, así usted puede agregarle su toque personal.

Pechuga Al horno con Vegetales Salteados / Baked Breast with Sautéed Vegetables


Ingredientes:

•Pechuga de pollo
•Berenjena
•Pimentón
•Cebolla blanca
•Zanahoria
•Aceite de Oliva
•Especias (Pimienta, pimentón rojo en polvo, orégano)
•Mostaza
•Sal

Ingredients:

• Chicken breast
• Eggplant
• Peppers
• White onion
• Carrot
• Olive Oil
• Spices (Pepper, red paprika powder, oregano)
• Mustard
• Salt













Preparación / Preparation


En un recipiente limpio colocar la pechuga de pollo, agregar 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, sal (al gusto), mostaza y las especies, mezclar.

Colocan la pechuga en un sartén, a mí me gusta ponerle cebolla, perejil y ajo encima (pero es opcional), luego lo llevan al horno por 30 minutos a 200°F.

Cortan los vegetales en juliana y en un sartén con aceite de oliva con llama media, colocan la zanahoria y el pimentón, hasta que suavicen un poco, luego colocan la berenjena y por ultimo la cebolla, salpimientan y cocinan por 5 minutos con la llama baja.

Cut the vegetables into julienne strips and place the carrot and paprika in a frying pan with olive oil over a medium flame until they soften a little, then place the eggplant and finally the onion, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes with the low flame.
