Greetings again! After a long time, it is finally time to update a little bit that guide that I once made to support people who wish to join the amazing Splinterlands game.
First of all I want to welcome you to the wonderful Splinterlands game. Keeping in mind that you might be a new player or just starting out. I want to invite you to go through my guide created for you. Yes, I say for you because I have created it thinking about those people who want to start in Splinterlands and are looking for something that contains all the step by step without being so extensive and somewhat boring.

¡Saludos nuevamente! Luego de mucho tiempo, al fin ha llegado el momento de actualizar un poco aquella guía que en un momento realice para prestar apoyo a las personas que desearan unirse al increíble juego de Splinterlands.
De ante mano quiero darte la bienvenida al maravilloso juego de Splinterlands. Teniendo en cuenta que podrías ser un jugador nuevo o con ganas de iniciar. Quiero invitarte a que pases por mi guía creada para ti. Si, digo para ti porque la he creado pensando en esas personas que desean iniciar en Splinterlands y buscan algo que contenga todo el paso a paso sin ser tan extensa y algo aburrida.

What can you consider as focus, how do I earn the daily focus chests?
Maybe it is not the most correct definition for this, but to make it familiar I will say that the focus is like the mission to accomplish within the game. Randomly, every 24 hours the game will assign you or tell you which element or skill you will have to play with during the next hours.
At this point I must mention that it is not mandatory that you play exactly with what you are told, but you should consider that if you do it, you will be adding more points and you will obtain daily focus chests much easier and faster.

Tal vez no sea la definición más correcta para esto, pero para hacerlo familiar voy a decir que el enfoque es como la misión a cumplir dentro del juego. De forma aleatoria, cada 24 horas el juego va a asignarte o indicarte con que elemento o habilidad deberás jugar durante las próximas horas.
En este punto debo hacer mención de que no es obligatorio que juegues exactamente con lo que se te indica, pero, si debes considerar la parte de que si lo haces estarías sumando más puntos y obtendrías cofres de enfoque diario mucho más fácil y rápido.

Splinterlands Elements and Abilities // Elementos y Habilidades de Splinterlands

Splinterlands has created cards that can be differentiated between summoners and monsters with different attacks: melee, ranged and magic. It has also managed to classify its cards according to the following six elements that you can see in the image that precedes this text. These elements are: fire, water, life, earth, death and dragon, although in this image the neutral element is not included.
Two things before continuing:
1: The Dragon element can be combined with any other element, you just have to select a dragon summoner and choose the element you are going to use in your deck.
2: The neutral element can be used with any other element without selecting a neutral summoner.

Splinterlands ha creado cartas que se pueden diferenciar entre invocadores y monstruos de diferentes ataques que serían; cuerpo a cuerpo, a distancia y mágico. También ha alcanzado a clasificar sus cartas acordes a los siguientes seis elementos que puedes ver en la imagen que antecede este texto. Estos elementos que son: fuego, agua, vida, tierra, muerte y dragón, aunque en esa imagen no se encuentra incluido el elemento neutral.
Dos cosas antes de seguir:
1: El elemento Dragón lo puedes combinar con cualquier otro elemento, solo debes seleccionar un invocador dragón y escoger con que otro elemento vas a armar el mazo.
2: El elemento neutral lo puedes usar con cualquier otro elemento sin necesidad de seleccionar un invocador neutral.

The idea of this is that if in your approach you get that you must play with the water element, you should focus on using this element in your next ranking battles, because this way you will have a higher percentage of scoring points to get closer to obtaining a reward chest. Here, what I could recommend is that when you rent your cards you do it according to the approaches that you play daily, so you can make sure to work with the element that corresponds to you if you like.

The daily focus regarding skills can be presented to you in two ways; one of them is with an image of a specific skill and the second is through one of the images that you see in the table that I share with you. When you get one of these images it will mean that you will be free to use two or three skills that refer to the focus and it is even a little more comfortable because it is assured that you will always include a card that contains something related to the focus.

Don't worry if you are just starting out because you won't get the full set of skills because this is sorted by the league you are in and card levels. What I would recommend is that you identify which element you play best so that you can make sure to rent cards with the skill set that the game asks for.

El enfoque diario respecto a habilidades se te puede presentar en dos formas; una de ellas es con una imagen de una habilidad en específico y la segunda es por medio de alguna de las imágenes que ves en la tabla que te comparto. Cuando te sale una de estas imágenes significará que tendrás libertad de usar dos o tres habilidades que hacen referencia al enfoque y es hasta un poco más cómodo porque es asegurar que siempre vas a incluir una carta que contenga algo referente al enfoque.
No te preocupes si estás iniciando porque no te va a salir todo el conjunto de habilidades porque esto se clasifica por la liga en que te encuentres y niveles de las cartas. Lo que si te recomendaría es que identifiques con que elemento juegas mejor para que así te asegures de rentar cartas con la habilidad que el juego te pida.

To get the season chests it doesn't matter if you play specifically with an element or with cards that have exact abilities, because the game is going to take all the games you win and you will be adding points to go adding chests and thus open as many as possible at the end of the season. Now, said by the greats of splinterlands, a season can last from 12 to 16 days and you will have all that time to accumulate everything you can, although the maximum number of chests you can collect is 150.

Considero necesario que puedas memorizar cada una de las imágenes que te comparto anterior a estas, porque es así como podrás identificar automáticamente que elemento puedes usar, o qué habilidad tener en cuenta dentro de tu mazo.
En esta imagen te muestro donde está el cuadro rojo, como se va a ver el enfoque que te corresponda y como puedes apreciar, el juego te coloca la imagen del elemento, la habilidad o del conjunto de figuras que te compartí allá arriba, también te indica el nombre y el tiempo que tienes disponibles para realizar la mayor cantidad de batallas posibles centrándote en ese enfoque.

¿Cómo obtengo las recompensas de temporada?
Para obtener los cofres de temporada no importa si juegas específicamente con un elemento o con cartas que tengan habilidades exactas, porque el juego va a tomar todas las partidas que ganes e iras sumando puntos para ir sumando cofres y así abrir la mayor cantidad posible al finalizar la temporada. Ahora, dicho por los grandes de splinterlands, una temporada puede durar de 12 a 16 días y tendrás todo ese tiempo para acumular todo lo que puedas, aunque el máximo de cofres que puedes reunir es de 150

Classification Formats / Formatos de Clasificación

In this format you can only use the cards of the edition: Chaos Legion, Dice, Untamed, Riftwatchers, reward cards and promo cards.

Actualmente, en Splinterlands existen dos formatos en las que puedes jugar; una de ellas es identificable como Modo Salvaje y Modo Moderno. No te asustes, esto no cambia del todo la manera en como se juega, pero si es importante conocer la diferencia entre ambas porque te va a suceder que las cartas que te aparecen en un modo quizás no las veas en el otro formato y te sentirás perdido.
Modalidad Salvaje: Aquí los jugadores se sienten libres de poder usar todas las cartas de todas las ediciones de Splinterlands, ya sea que las obtengan por medio de alquileres o quizás que tengan en su propiedad. Aunque te puedes encontrar con la sorpresa de que el contrincante tenga alguna carta que no has visto en el mercado y quizás no la veas porque ya esté agotada.
Modalidad Moderno: De ante mano debo decir que esto es un formato que mis amigos @cpol y @bulkathos recomiendan jugar si estás iniciando. Y los menciono a ellos porque son grandes aficionados de Splinterlands y cuentan con muy buena experiencia.
En este formato solo se pueden usar las cartas de la edición: Chaos Legion, Dice, Untamed, Riftwatchers, cartas de recompensa y promocionales.

The cards of more recent editions have at the top a small symbol that indicates which edition they belong to and if you go to the internal market of the game or in the part where you can see your collection you will find a box similar to the one I show you in the following image where you can filter the type of cards you want to see, and you can see that they have a symbol that identifies them and next to it the description of the edition. This type of filter can also be found in Peakmonster when you go to rent cards.

Las cartas de ediciones más recientes tienen en la parte de arriba un pequeño simbolo que indica a que edición pertenecen y si te diriges al mercado interno del juego o en la parte donde puedes ver tu colección te vas a encontrar con un cuadro similar al que te muestro en la siguiente imagen donde puedes filtrar el tipo de cartas que quieres ver y puedes observar que tienen un simbolo que las identifica y al lado la descripción de la edición. Este tipo de filtro tambien lo puedes encontrar en Peakmonster cuando vas a rentar cartas.

Reward Cards // Cartas de Recompensas

Acabo de compartirte dos tablas donde puedes ver las probabilidades que tienes de recibir cartas según su rareza y de acuerdo a la liga donde te encuentres. Por otro lado, tienes la tabla de recompensas que indica la probabilidad que tienes de recibir cada una de ellas según la liga en que te encuentres.
Debo hacer mención de que estas cartas que vas a recibir como recompensas No se pueden vender, No se pueden transferir ni rentar. Están totalmente bloqueadas para cualquier tipo de transacción. Energy system // Sistema de energías
