Greetings #LadiesOfHive bees!

Exactly one year ago I published my first writing for #Hive. I must confess that when I started on this platform, I had no idea of its value or what could be created here... and yet I dared, because I liked what I saw, so I made my presentation with the help of my promoters and chose a community that has been quite receptive so far. Once I achieved my first goal, I immersed myself in this wonderful bee world, with a huge ecosystem of communities that make it up, many people communicating things of totally different topics, apps, games, stories, food, sports, nature, cryptocurrencies, economy, finance, among many others, in different languages, diversity of opinions and samples of knowledge... it was then when I got a new perspective of what blockchain was for Web3.

After all this time, I am still learning, and every day I get more and more information about what it means to be part of this great team. But, as everything has a blur, unfortunately we have to accept it, sometimes we have casualties, and Hive does not escape from that. This is where one of the scenarios raised by our dear @kerrislravenhill, who is always willing to collaborate and spread that honey gothic in this honeycomb, comes in:

Scenario 1: A reputation 52 friend says that she no longer wants to be active in Hive, claiming that she can't make the time, the coin is so low valued, and only a few people ever read her posts. What could you do to encourage and help her to keep trying? Writing tips? Time management? Other?

The answer to this scenario is not simple, as each creator perceives situations differently. Even so, I would employ the practice of conflict resolution, managing empathy towards that person, and raising goals, new ideas or simply, injecting them with the desire to learn more, they may not have seen enough, then we must show them a little of what we have learned, perhaps in that they will get something that will awaken their interest. It is clear that Hive is only for those who love him, however, we may need a boost, because sometimes we react in a very emotional way and then realize that we should have taken the decisions with a cool head, it usually happens.

Perhaps it is necessary to set aside some time to reflect on this and then resume with more enthusiasm the project of creating content for the hive. Once I read a "meme" on the internet that left me a great teaching, it showed the image of some people admiring from afar the famous Eiffel Tower in Paris, which was observed complete, from the base to the top, there were also other people who were walking in different directions to look at it from other angles, the image had written a phrase that we can apply in our daily lives:

“Sometimes we have to look at things from different angles in order to appreciate how great they are.”

I would add: "and the true meaning they have for us".

As we go through life, there will be times when we will need to travel different paths to reach the goal of something we love, so we will understand what its true value is. This is what happens in the beehive, it is a huge ecosystem where we have a long way to go. I said it in past notes, Hive is already part of our life, it is almost a routine to spend every day to enjoy all the content, vote on a good publication, interact. Being part of this project, for me has been majestic, here you learn about everything, besides, the more I examine and learn, the more knowledge I am trying to process, it never stops! It is incredible the amount of material that can be absorbed throughout the blockchain on a daily basis, accessible and free educational resources. Solutions to problems that we can apply in our realities, depending on each case or situation.

I spend some days without uploading content to hive, however, you can see me designing logos, new images, taking pictures for a new theme, drawing covers for the blog, in short, creating content. If I go too long without logging into the platform I get to miss it! I literally do. I've met so many people through Hive and I've connected with another level of content creation, so much so, that I couldn't imagine life without stopping by to look, say hello and learn something new.

In the proposed scenario there is a situation of imbalance due to the low value of the currency (which is not the only thing we are looking for in the hive, but it is a relevant factor), perhaps the hivers is stuck in a moment of Negative feedback with other users, you also have to know how to analyze the low number of people who vote for your posts in this case. I would say that surely he still has a lot to know and interact, learn new things, look for new themes. The diversity of areas is quite wide, you just have to scrutinize more, although it is not easy, you must manage time, concentrate when you are calmer and more comfortable to immerse yourself in this world to increase your knowledge and interests. Until coming up with new proposals to developers, perhaps. Who knows, maybe within that person there is a strong potential to create something that can cause “the world to spin off its axis”, but you don't know it yet because you haven't researched enough about the platform and the content.

We can get lost along the way, however, the world has advanced in unsuspected ways, we just have to go in, investigate and create! So let's go! to get back on the road!

¡Saludos abejas de #LadiesOfHive!

Hace exactamente un año publiqué mi primer escrito para #Hive. Debo confesar que cuando me inicié en esta plataforma, no tenía ni idea del valor que tenía ni de lo que aquí se podía crear… y aún así me atreví, porque me gustó lo que vi, así que hice mi presentación con ayuda de mis promotores y elegí una comunidad que ha sido bastante receptiva hasta ahora. Una vez logrado mi primer objetivo, me sumergí en este maravilloso mundo de abejas, con un enorme ecosistema de comunidades que lo conforman, muchas personas comunicando cosas de temas totalmente distintos, apps, juegos, relatos, comidas, deportes, naturaleza, cryptomonedas, economía, finanzas, entre muchos otros, en diferentes idiomas, diversidad de opiniones y muestras de conocimientos… fue entonces cuando obtuve una nueva perspectiva de lo que era la cadena de bloques para Web3.

Después de todo este tiempo, aún sigo aprendiendo, y cada día consigo más y más información acerca de lo que representa ser parte de este gran equipo. Pero, como todo tiene un desenfoque, lamentablemente hay que aceptarlo, a veces tenemos bajas, y Hive no escapa de eso. Es aquí donde entra uno de los escenarios planteados por nuestra apreciada @kerrislravenhill, quien siempre está dispuesta a colaborar y untar esa gótica de miel en este panal:

Escenario 1: una amiga de reputación 52 dice que ya no quiere estar activa en Hive, alegando que no puede hacer el tiempo, la moneda tiene un valor muy bajo y solo unas pocas personas leen sus publicaciones. ¿Qué podrías hacer para alentarla y ayudarla a seguir intentándolo? ¿Consejos para escribir? ¿Gestión del tiempo? ¿Otro?

La respuesta para este escenario no es sencilla, ya que cada creador percibe las situaciones de forma diferente. Aún así, yo emplearía la práctica de resolución de conflictos, manejando la empatía hacia esa persona, y planteando metas, ideas nuevas o simplemente, inyectarle ganas de aprender más, puede que no haya visto lo suficiente, entonces hay que mostrarle un poco de lo que hemos aprendido nosotros, quizás en eso consiga algo que despierte su interés. Está claro que Hive es sólo para quienes le aman, sin embargo, puede que necesitemos un impulso, ya que en ocasiones reaccionamos de forma muy emocional para luego darnos cuenta que debíamos haber tomado las decisiones con cabeza fría, suele suceder.

Quizás sea preciso apartar un espacio de tiempo para reflexionar sobre ello y luego retomar con más entusiasmo el proyecto de creación de contenido de la colmena. Una vez leí un “meme” en internet que me dejó una gran enseñanza, mostraba la imagen de unas personas admirando desde lejos la famosa Torre Eiffel, en París, la cual se observaba completa, desde la base hasta la cima, también estaban otras personas que iban caminando en diferentes sentidos para poder mirarla desde otros ángulos, la imagen tenía escrita una frase que podemos aplicar en nuestra vida diaria:

“A veces tenemos que mirar las cosas desde diferentes ángulos para poder apreciar lo grandiosas que son”

Yo le agregaría: “y el verdadero significado que tienen para nosotros”.

En nuestro paso por la vida, se nos van a presentar ocasiones en las que vamos a necesitar recorrer diferentes caminos para llegar a la meta de algo que amamos, de esta forma comprenderemos cuál es su verdadero valor. Así ocurre en la colmena, es un enorme ecosistema donde tenemos mucho camino por recorrer. Lo dije en notas pasadas, Hive ya es parte de nuestra vida, es casi una rutina pasar cada día a disfrutar de todo el contenido, votar en una buena publicación, interactuar. Ser parte de este proyecto, para mí ha sido majestuoso, aquí se aprende de todo, además mientras más examino y aprendo, más conocimientos estoy tratando de procesar, ¡nunca se detiene! Es increíble la cantidad de material que se puede absorber en toda la cadena de bloques diariamente, recursos educativos accesibles y gratuitos. Soluciones a problemas que podemos aplicar en nuestras realidades, dependiendo de cada caso o situación.

Yo paso algunos días sin subir contenido a hive, no obstante, pueden verme diseñando logos, imágenes nuevas, tomando fotografías para un nuevo tema, dibujando portadas para el blog, en fin, creando contenido. Si paso mucho tiempo sin entrar a la plataforma ¡llego a extrañarlo! literalmente es así. He conocido muchas personas a través de Hive y me he conectado con otro nivel de creación de contenidos, tanto, que no podría imaginar la vida sin pasar a mirar, saludar y aprender algo nuevo.

En el escenario planteado hay una situación de desequilibrio por el bajo valor de la moneda (que no es lo único que buscamos en la colmena, pero es un factor relevante), quizás el hivers se halla atascado en un momento de feedback negativo con otros usuarios, además hay que saber analizar la baja cantidad de personas que votan sus publicaciones en este caso. Yo diría que seguramente le falta mucho por conocer e interactuar, aprender nuevas cosas, buscar nuevas temáticas. La diversidad de áreas es bastante amplia, sólo hay que escudriñar más, aunque no sea fácil, se debe administrar el tiempo, concentrarse cuando se esté más tranquilo y más cómodo para sumergirse en este mundo a aumentar los conocimientos e intereses. Hasta llegar a plantear nuevas propuestas a los desarrolladores, quizás. Quién sabe, a lo mejor dentro de esa persona se encuentre un fuerte potencial para crear algo que pueda causar que “el mundo se salga de su eje”, pero aún no lo sabe porque no ha investigado lo suficiente acerca la plataforma y los contenidos.

Podemos perdernos en el camino, sin embargo, el mundo ha avanzado en formas insospechadas, sólo debemos adentrarnos, investigar ¡y crear! Así que ¡vamos! ¡a retomar el camino!

Sin duda alguna que para permanecer en esta plataforma hay que sumergirnos y explorar todas los maravillosos beneficios que nos ofrece, además de evaluar que podemos aportar como abejitas laboriosas. El aprender es fundamental para crecer en Hive y sentir amor por este ecosistema, creo que los que no se quedan es porque solo entran por el beneficio económico y no logran ver más allá de eso.

My little growth here has been through exploring. No one can fold hands and expect a magic growth. Those who do want to stay probably thought it's a get money quick scheme. I really hope this post meet anyone on this line for good 👍

I just loooooove this! Yes. I am still learning despite the amount of time I have spent on Hive. I just keep discovering new things. And you just said it. Hive is a part of life and as Bees, if we do not explore, we would depreciate!

For most of us Blogging is the way to go, perhaps Blogging may not be her cup of tea. As you analogized, Hive can be interacted in many ways, Could she be better off in gaming like Splinterlands? How about as an Investor uploading her capital into Hive and simply buy up thousands in HDB to earn a passive income. A Talented coder? Hive is looking for talented Devs and have we got places and projects for her! Hive is an open canvass with many possibilities.
