I agree with you. When cats roam in groups, they settle in places where there is garbage, where they find food. The ideal thing would be to control the garbage and control the cats. They are little animals that need to be cared for, and there should be a law to address this lack of control.

It's tricky for sure, I think they are against spaying and neutering in Jordan, so they opt to just care for the mob of cats instead haha
The garbage is a dang shame though 110%
