My Experience with Paranormal Activity

This is the hot topic which I was waiting for a long time and today, I got a chance to share my horror story through HiveGhana community. I do believe that there are jinns, spirits, witches and many of us have encountered them in real life and many of us have seen them, felt their presence. However, thank God that I have not seen them yet but yes I have heard them and felt their presence. All of my stories are from workplace. Today, I am gonna share one of the story which always comes first in my mind whenever such topic is raised.

It was in Jan 2021 when I moved from one job to another. New office was on 3rd floor and from day first, it really scares me, I don’t feel right about the place. When I asked staff boy about it, he started telling me the experiences people had at this place. After sunset, we were advised not to stand in the corridors and just stay focus on the work at your workstation. Time passed by and I got used to the place. On Saturdays, I used to open the office by myself at 9 am and other staff used to come after 10 am but in two months, I didn’t face anything unusual.

My timings changed from 9-6 to 2-9 and after 6 pm, me and just one other colleague used to work till 9 pm. Now, I started hearing the movement of chairs and sound of printer from Finance department room after sunset. But the other guy always said its some rat running and divert my mind. One day he was out for prayers and around 7 pm, complete staff left the office. That day, too much noise coming from Finance room but I focused on my work and diverted my mind. after 15 mins, the other guy came and started working. I was trying to tell him about it suddenly a roar, a sound what we used to hear in horror movies huhahahhuh, a very scary sound came from finance room. Other guy asked who is there and went inside the room. He checked whole office and came to me saying everyone left. I told him that is what I was trying to tell you, now what we should do. I was unable to move my feet lol he said we cant just leave because we have to do this work everyday, if we ran today what about tomorrow. He loudly said whoever is this, please do not disturb us and do your own work, we wont disturb you. We still managed to do our work till 9 pm but I cant describe my feelings and how much I was scared at that time. the drawers were opening and closing on its own.

Honestly, if I would be alone, I would have left that place without wasting time but the other guy took the wise decision because job was important too. I spread the story and shared with everyone in office. I don’t know its because of me or we were just lucky, within a week, our office moved from that place to another and I never went there again. It still gives me chills when I think of that sound. Just that sound made me crazy, what if the person or that thing appears infront of me. it could give me a heart attack. Even though I am a big fan of horror movies but in real life, it is not easy to handle such situation.
