Family support keeps me away from BEING BROKE

I am lucky that I have such a supporting and loving family, I have said this million times not just because I live with them and rely on them. Its because they show me the true meaning of family love and care for each other. I am not sure but I can say that this type of bond is unusual in current times. I don’t know the meaning of being broke. But yes, sometimes we do face issues with budgeting and sometimes we have tight times in the end of the month but being broke is not suitable word for that. It is because we know how much we have and what needs to be done, no unnecessary buyings.

I just know that everything is in our hand. It is upto us to spend millions in a month or can spend it appropriately for several months except for emergency situations which could definitely disturb the whole month. Being in a joint family, we look after each other and specially our parents take care of each and every thing very carefully. As of now, I am married and have kids, still my Father takes all the responsibility of all the necessary things at home. There is nothing like divided or do your own buyings.

Now talking about my past experience, when I was single. I just love to save money for the birthdays of my loved ones. I don’t have many desires or dreams, very limited and acquirable. I don’t run for brands or for any specific food. No gambling or nothing which is so necessary that if in case, I don’t have much money left, I would do such thing, there is nothing like that in me. But only one thing which I do buy even I have small amount of money and that is a gift for birthday person. It gives me an immense amount of pleasure and happiness. I never want to miss any of the birthdays of my loved ones. It happens a couple of time with me that I was short of money and there was a birthday coming so I spent all for the gift and waited for the month to end. Such times wont come again that is why I don’t want to miss those even if I am a type of broke as everyone used to say in modern world.

Now that I am married and takes a bit of responsibilities on my own, I do make monthly budget very properly and with open eyes of what I have in my pocket. It is not that hard when you have family support all the time but still I would say, I just don’t put everything on my Father and brothers, there are few things which I want to be done by myself. Its been four years to my marriage but I never feel being broke however, there comes time when I don’t have much left in the end of the month but that can be passed easily with little patience. Although, I used to have Hives in my account for anything urgent but that time doesn’t came till now. I have alternates and small savings to get rid of such times but I am happy I managed it well till now and that’s all because of my family support. I have learnt a lot from my parents and will apply the same in my life if required.
