In the evening I told my mother that I will eat oil cake because mom is an old person so they can make it well.And to say it is a traditional item of our country.This traditional item we call teler pitha.This is a traditional dish of Bengalis and I am familiar with this dish since birth so today I will show you this traditional dish.

It is very easy to make, its main ingredients are rice flour, oil, sugar and egg.

It is made with a combination of rice flour and sugar which I have shown the recipe in today's video.

First of all rice flour, sugar and egg should be mixed well with hot water.

Then put a pot on the gas stove and fry the pitha with oil and thus the traditional teler pita will be made.

Today evening me and my mother made this traditional pitha so share with you the traditional food of Bangladesh.Although it contains oil, it is a traditional and entertaining food of this country.But if you have excess gastric problem it is better to avoid this food as it is an oily food.

Yes it is completely fried in oil but some traditional dishes are not prepared without oil.
