[Esp-Eng] Guiando al ensamble musical de niños en su Presentación de Fin de Curso.

El día de hoy emocionado, porque tuve una presentación con los niños del Colegio Mapis, hace días me llamaron para prestar la colaboración de acompañar con mi mandolina al ensamble de cuerdas que tenían ellos, además de también acompañar a la coral del instituto.

Resulta ser que era su cierre de acto, así que en la mañana me reuní con los niños, para ensayar y tratar de guiarlos en su presentación, realizarían en total 7 canciones, 3 canciones solo instrumental y las demás con la coral.

Today I was excited, because I had a presentation with the children of Mapis School, a few days ago they called me to collaborate with my mandolin to accompany the string ensemble that they had, in addition to accompanying the choir of the institute.

It turned out to be their closing act, so in the morning I met with the children, to rehearse and try to guide them in their presentation, they would perform a total of 7 songs, 3 songs only instrumental and the others with the choir.

Una vez que terminamos con el ensayo de todas las canciones para su participación, los niños se retiraron a sus hogares, ya que debían prepararse porque en la tarde era su actuación. Yo de igual manera regrese a mi casa, comi, me bañé y prepare para ir a un lugar conocido como El Auditorio de Sigo, allí se realizaría el acto de fin de curso.

Cuando llegue ya habían llegado los representantes de los alumnos y el público en general, en realidad no sabía que iban asistir tantas personas, todo se veía muy bonito y bien organizado.

Así que dentro de poco minutos comenzaría las presentaciones y este acto, mientras tanto yo estaba al lado de mis niños del ensamble, les afine sus instrumentos y les dije que cuando comenzarán a tocar estuvieran concentrados ya que son un poco inquietos jajaja.

Once we finished with the rehearsal of all the songs for their participation, the children retired to their homes, since they had to get ready because in the afternoon was their performance. I went home, ate, showered and got ready to go to a place known as El Auditorio de Sigo, where the end of the school year ceremony would take place.

When I arrived the students' representatives and the public in general had already arrived, I didn't really know that so many people were going to attend, everything looked very nice and well organized.

So in a few minutes the presentations and this act would begin, meanwhile I was next to my children of the ensemble, I tuned their instruments and I told them that when they started to play they should be concentrated because they are a little restless hahaha.

Yo también decidí tener a la mano mi instrumento a la mandolina, para estar listo cuando nos llamarán, además de también rectificar que estuviera afinada.

I also decided to keep my mandolin instrument handy, to be ready when we were called, as well as to make sure it was in tune.

Luego un presentador con mucha energía y buena vibra dio comienzo a la actividad de fin de curso. Dijo unas pequeñas palabras, ánimo mucho al público y presentó la primera presentación que sería de la Banda del Colegio, y tocaron cuatro temas.

Then a presenter with a lot of energy and good vibes started the end of the school year activity. He said a few words, encouraged the audience and introduced the first presentation which was to be by the School Band, and they played four songs.

Me quedé sorprendido 😯, porque realmente disfrute la presentación de estos niños tan talentosos la banda a pesar de la corta edad de los niños sonó espectacular.

Además de esta banda, también se realizaría un Show de talento familiar, donde algunas familias, padre, madre, hijos realizarían alguna actividad artística en el escenario. La primera presentación de esta sección fue de una Madre con su hijo, ella cantaba y el niño tocó la guitarra.

Me pareció muy curioso y chistoso, que con el micrófono la madre antes de cantar dijo "Todo lo que uno hace por sus hijos", ya que ella alegaba que no sabía cantar muy bien jajajaj, pero de igual manera les quedó muy bien su presentación.

I was amazed 😯, because I really enjoyed the presentation of these talented kids the band despite the young age of the kids sounded spectacular.

In addition to this band, there would also be a Family Talent Show, where some families, father, mother, children would perform some artistic activity on stage. The first presentation of this section was of a Mother with her son, she sang and the boy played the guitar.

I found it very funny and funny, that with the microphone the mother before singing said "Everything you do for your children", since she claimed that she did not know how to sing very well hahahahahah, but in any case their presentation was very good.

Después se presentaron con sus sombreros muy típicos de la isla donde vivo, un grupo de niños con sus padres, y cantaron canciones típicas del folklore margariteño, acompañando uno de los padres con el instrumento Cuatro.

Afterwards, a group of children with their parents, wearing their very typical hats from the island where I live, sang typical songs of Margarita's folklore, accompanied by one of the parents on the Cuatro instrument.

Además de canto, se presentaron otras familias que decidieron irse por la parte del baile, con mucha energía, un padre, una madre y su hija, pusieron a bailar al público con el ritmo de la salsa, el pop, y bambuco.

In addition to singing, there were other families who decided to go for the dance part, with a lot of energy, a father, a mother and her daughter, made the audience dance to the rhythm of salsa, pop, and bambuco.

Sin dejar al lado todas las actuaciones maravillosas que venían realizando cada familia, hubo una que me dejó sorprendido ya que todos tenían un increíble talento, sincronización y se notaba que habían ensayado mucho su actuación, combinaron al principio una música clásica que la niña tocaba con el piano, y luego poco a poco su hermanito que tocaba la guitarra eléctrica convirtió la música en rock, fue una combinación muy brutal, y lo mejor su papá tocó la batería electrónica, la hija más pequeña cantaba en inglés muy afinada y su madre le realizaba los coros, realmente increíble.

Without leaving aside all the wonderful performances that each family had been doing, there was one that left me amazed because they all had an incredible talent, synchronization and you could tell they had rehearsed a lot their performance, they combined at first a classical music that the girl played with the piano, and then little by little her little brother who played the electric guitar turned the music into rock, it was a very brutal combination, and the best thing her dad played the electronic drums, the youngest daughter sang in English very in tune and her mother performed the chorus, really amazing.

Una vez que terminó la presentación familiar, era hora de culminar la actividad con la presentación de la coral y mis niños del ensamble, nos llamaron al escenario y nos preparamos.

Íbamos a tocar canciones típicas venezolanas tales como el Becerrito, el Carite, Venezuela, el Norte es una quimera, entre otras. La Coral primero cantaría algunas canciones sola, y después el ensamble tocaría algunas canciones instrumentales y para terminar algunas canciones el ensamble y la coral juntos.

Once the family presentation was over, it was time to culminate the activity with the presentation of the choir and my children of the ensemble, we were called to the stage and we got ready.

We were going to play typical Venezuelan songs such as "El Becerrito", "El Carite", "Venezuela", "El Norte es una quimera", among others. The choir would first sing some songs alone, and then the ensemble would play some instrumental songs and to finish some songs the ensemble and the choir together.

Gracias a Dios todo salió muy bien, la presentación quedó impecable, fue una bonita experiencia con estos niños, me alegra saber que en las escuelas siguen creyendo en el arte, como fuente primordial del crecimiento de las nuevas generaciones por el camino correcto, sin duda todo lo ligado al baile, la pintura, el deporte, la música para mi debe ser tomado en cuenta en muchas escuelas, para el buen crecimientos de los niños.

Thank God everything went very well, the presentation was impeccable, it was a nice experience with these children, I am glad to know that in schools still believe in art as a primary source of growth of new generations on the right path, no doubt everything linked to dance, painting, sports, music for me should be taken into account in many schools, for the good growth of children.
