Hoy les vengo a mostrarles la preparación de un plato sencillo pero delicioso perfecto para almorzar o cenar espero sea de su agrado, pues sin mas que comentar vamos directo los ingredientes necesarios para preparar este delicioso platillo.

Ingredientes / Ingredients

Pechuga de pollo / Chicken breast
Arroz 1kg / Rice 1kg
Dos cebollas / Two onions
Cebollín / Chives
Pimentón / Paprika
Zanahoria / Carrot
Repollo / Cabbage

Preparación.

1 - Se debe rallar la zanahoria para aliñar el arroz / The carrot should be grated to dress the rice.

2 - picar las cebollas, el cebollín y el pimentón en pequeños cuadros / Chop the onions, chives and paprika into small squares.

3 - picar la pechuga de pollo y añadirlo a la zanahoria rallada y los aliños picados / Chop the chicken breast and add it to the grated carrot and chopped seasonings.

4 – preparar junto al arroz y degustar / prepare with rice and taste
