How are you folks doing today? Hopefully you're all doing A-OK. And I hope ya'll are ready for one hell of a comeback and end-game clutch on Warzone 2.0.

The pre-season to Season 1 of Warzone 2.0 surely wasn't what we all expected. The slow place just didn't suit the OG player base of Warzone/COD. A lot of players had stopped playing or just chose to shift to a different game. As you all have seen, I myself haven't been playing or uploading much gameplay footage because of not having enough free time on my hands. I chose to focus on other hobbies of mine.

Later on I did shift back to Apex Legends for a month or so, I grinded up the ranks and got back flow on that game. Apex is in an amazing state right now.

But now, after the Season 2 update on Warzone 2.0, things have improved by a lot, and no player will deny it. It's now "playable", but a lot of work still needs to be done, but at least you can enjoy a good game now, which should be the main purpose of playing these games. Resurgence is our type of fun, me and the mates love this mode for its super fast pace, and things are looking good for now.

Queuing into the lobbies gives you sufficient proof that the game is alive again; queueing times have gone down drastically, a lot of the older and much familiar players are back on the game too. What more could you ask for?

Yet, let's not get too hyped up, because a lot of the bugs and issues are still there. I sure do hope that the devs will address these issues ASAP, unlike the first the Season, where they literally let the game bleed out right in front of them, as they watched from a distance.

We've been playing the game for a few days now, and 7 out of 10 games are enjoyable. The issues and bugs are mostly miniscule enough to ignore. The meta seems to be balanced out, except for one new shotgun, which reminds us of the horrors from the early Seasons of Warzone 1. It's COD after all, balance is the last thing you should expect here.

There's always a weapon or two that's insanely broken, especially the shotguns, and now we finally have that one shotgun in-game; a weapon that takes absolutely ZERO skill to utilize. Yet, skill or no skill, if I get mowed down by this weapon, then you can bet that I'll hop onto the hype-train and abuse it like hell.

We're still scoping out the maps and all, getting used to it, everything else we're familiar with already. This match is from one of our early games, as we progressed through it we were reminded me of Warzone 1 quite a bit, because the playstyle and pace is now somewhat similar.

The map could use some color work, it's insanely dull and greyish, not too appealing to the eyes. Hopefully they'll make some corrections, just like they did back with Rebirth Island in Warzone 1. I say the sprint speeds and duration could and should be a bit higher, it still feels slow without certain perks. Yet, at least we're headed in the right direction. A bit of something is better than nothing.

The audio still needs work though. The footsteps are STILL nonexistent, and it will end up sabotaging 6 out of 10 games. As annoying as it is, we're still somehow surviving, thanks to our positioning.

For the weapons it seems that the RPK is still good for longer ranges, the Sakin LMG is now the meta they say. For closer ranges you can go with any SMG you like, but the MP5, Vaznev and Fennec are my top picks; even though I was running the P90 in this match, paired with the Sakin which had a thermal scope equipped, for those cheeky smoke covered beams.

That's about it I guess, a little summary about the new update and Season. So far we've been getting some good games, no big streak of bad luck has hit just yet.

Hopefully you guys will enjoy this gameplay. It's been quite a few months since I last uploaded any Resurgence gameplay. We made quite a comeback, for now we plan on holding onto this form.
