Rare Red Dragonfly Photography

In this post I will share some pictures of a rare red dragonfly that I have successfully photographed in the garden next to my house. A few days ago it rained very heavily in my village and I had to postpone a lot of work in my garden, but right in the afternoon when I went to the garden, I saw a red dragonfly that was bigger than the other dragonflies, seeing the presence of the dragonfly in the garden, I began to focus my eyes on the dragonfly with the aim of being able to photograph it.

At first I didn't think I would be able to photograph this dragonfly, because I saw this dragonfly flying very fast and looking very wild, but right when this dragonfly perched on one of the tree branches, I started walking slowly towards it, knowing that this dragonfly didn't fly when I approached it I started to take out my cellphone and started doing a photo shoot.

I also attached a macro lens to get closer to the dragonflies, and I did it very slowly.

And when this butterfly flew, I kept following it, because I was not satisfied with the results I got, but fortunately this dragonfly did not fly far from me.

I also managed to do it from very close range.

And suddenly the dragonfly flew back and perched on the wooden pole.

This dragonfly did something silly, it peeked at me.

To be honest, I rarely see this dragonfly because its existence is very rare in my village, to strengthen this statement I also took the time to ask my grandfather about this red dragonfly and he explained that this is a dragonfly that is indeed rare in my village, and my grandfather also said that in the past in my village this dragonfly was the most dominant dragonfly compared to other dragonflies, because its size is also quite large when compared to other dragonflies.

In addition to being red, this dragonfly also has a black color, especially on its legs which are clearly visible. Although I did not touch this dragonfly, I can say that the body of this dragonfly is very hard and if you see this dragonfly well then you will also be able to feel it.
