Mushroom hunting in the garden with my beloved cat // Discovery of a very beautiful umbrella mushroom

Good afternoon to all my beloved hive friends and to all my respected mushroom lover friends♥️

Today I woke up quite early because I remembered that today is Friday where I have to go mushroom hunting to be able to share here, of course in this beloved community which only exists once a week, precisely on this very happy Friday.

As usual before going mushroom hunting I first finish some housework like cooking rice and washing clothes first and after all the work is done I immediately get ready to do this hunt. This time I hunted mushrooms in the garden next to my house because it happened to rain last night although not too hard but enough to make the weather cold. I started walking towards my garden and in the middle of the journey I was surprised because my beloved cat wanted to join me hunting

Rather than being alone, I didn't mind it and let the cat come with me, and in the middle of the journey, suddenly the cat started to show off his hunting skills and show off his heroic actions in front of me, maybe the cat thought he was pretty cool, but his behavior only made me laugh lol.

However, instead of spending time just watching the cat's silly antics, I preferred to focus on looking for mushrooms in my garden. The first point I visited was on the riverbank because on the riverbank there were many banana trees, as we already know, mushrooms grow a lot under banana trees.

And as I expected, when I was under the banana tree I immediately found a very beautiful mushroom, and I named it the umbrella mushroom.

This mushroom is very similar in shape to an open umbrella, I am very interested in the beauty and uniqueness of this mushroom. This mushroom itself grows on rotting banana leaves, but to be able to find this mushroom we must be able to see it well because the size of this mushroom is very small, the stem of this mushroom is the size of a needle, and very small, So to photograph this mushroom I have to use the help of a macro lens to get beautiful and detailed images.

It may be very difficult to enjoy the beauty of this mushroom from a distance because its size is very small, requiring us to see it as close as possible so that the beauty of the mushroom can be seen perfectly, but in some of the pictures above I have tried my best to photograph this small mushroom so that it is easy to enjoy.

Still in the garden next to the house, but at a different point, I also managed to find other mushrooms with a very unique shape.

I found this mushroom growing on a dead and decaying cacao tree. My initial interest in this mushroom was the natural shape and carvings all over the mushroom.

However, we can only enjoy the carvings on the back of this mushroom, because if we look at the front of this mushroom, this mushroom will look ordinary, like some of the pictures below.

My grandfather said that this mushroom is a wood mushroom that has a very large population during the rainy season. This mushroom itself can grow on almost all dead trees and is relatively easy to get, but during the dry season, this mushroom is also relatively difficult to find.

It just so happened that my garden was a bit muddy and slippery because it had rained the night before, so my cat couldn't do much because he was afraid of getting his feet dirty from the mud, so in the end I had to carry him and that made me a bit annoyed with him.

And when I passed by a wild tree in my garden, I finally saw a very beautiful mushroom with pure white color all over the mushroom.

And I'm sure it's the same mushroom but with a slightly different color.

This is a mushroom that is very difficult to find in my area because this mushroom can only grow in the rainy season and will wilt very easily, especially if we hunt during the day, the mushroom will definitely wilt, so to be able to find this mushroom we have to hunt in the morning and preferably during the rainy season.

To be able to photograph this mushroom is also quite difficult because we have to really adjust the light in order to get a beautiful and detailed picture, of course I have to move this mushroom to a brighter place so that when taking the photo I can get satisfactory results.

And there is another type of mushroom that I managed to get on this hunt, namely the large-pored mushroom.

Maybe you will ask why I call this mushroom a mushroom with large pores, well the answer is because this is found in the mushroom itself, so this mushroom is able to store a lot of water and it will be visible if we press the mushroom.

You can see the water coming out from inside the mushroom and that's where you can see the large pores of the mushroom, that's why I call this mushroom a large pore mushroom.

I spent about 2 hours just to do this mushroom hunting in the garden next to my house, and my hands also felt sore from having to carry my cat, luckily I had time to bring equipment such as snacks and drinks and I also didn't forget to bring my favorite cat food so that he wouldn't be hungry while doing this hunt.

But because the sun was already looking very hot, I decided to go home, and I was very satisfied with some of the results I had obtained.

Well, those are some pictures of mushrooms that I managed to find in this hunt and with a little story that I have presented, I really hope this post can provide entertainment for all of you.

How great that you didn't have to walk far to look for mushrooms, the rains are very convenient for the growth of mushrooms, dear friend @riyat

I loved that your cat accompanied you in this search for mushrooms, and above all that you found beautiful mushrooms

You are absolutely right my brother ♥️♥️
The rainy season really gives me luck to be able to find some mushrooms easily. And my cat also makes me even more enthusiastic about hunting mushrooms.
