Mushroom hunting all day // From exploring rivers to entering forests to hunt unique mushrooms and eat mushroom noodles from the hunt

Good morning to all my beloved hive friends and to all my respected mushroom lover friends♥️

In this post I will make a fairly long post because I will tell you about my excitement in hunting mushrooms all day, starting from me tracing the river current until I entered the forest with my friend. So 4 days ago, precisely last Monday I decided to go for a walk exploring the forest to hunt beautiful mushrooms, because I knew that on Tuesday I had to go to Banda Aceh to accompany my mother to the hospital for her 6th chemotherapy, so my goal in hunting mushrooms on Monday was so that I had some beautiful mushroom pictures in my gallery, so I didn't have to bother looking for mushrooms while in the hospital.

I did this mushroom hunt at exactly 09:37 in the morning and I immediately went down to the river and started exploring and following the river current so I could get some beautiful mushrooms. Of course, exploring the river is not an easy thing to do because there are so many obstacles and barriers that I have to pass while in the river.

Because it was right in front of my eyes, I estimated that the water was very deep, as seen from the calm and slightly green water, but to be able to pass through it I was forced to climb the river bank very carefully.

After passing through the deep puddle, I continued walking with full confidence and caution because the depth of the river water is very difficult to predict, but I continued walking until I stopped under a bamboo tree that grew thickly on the riverbank.

I stopped for a reason, yes, I stopped because I saw a very unique type of mushroom growing on a tree branch right on the edge of the river, and after approaching the mushroom I was immediately shocked and could not believe what I had found.

You know I have been searching and hunting for this mushroom for a long time until I was willing to enter the wilderness just to find this mushroom, and on this occasion I also managed to find the mushroom that I had been hunting for a long time, a feeling of happiness enveloped me so that I immediately shouted in the river to appreciate my happiness. Yes, this is a bird's nest mushroom, a very unique mushroom and has a shape like a real bird's nest, I also started to take some parts of the mushroom from the tree branches and I immediately took it to a brighter place to take some photos.

Previously, I thought that these mushrooms grew alone, but it turned out that these mushrooms grew in groups, and to capture this moment as best as possible, I photographed these mushrooms from the right distance so that I could produce a more detailed and beautiful image.

The shape of this mushroom is also very beautiful and has its own uniqueness, this can be seen from the presence of several seeds in the mushroom, but I don't know if it's a seed or not. Basically, this mushroom has many oddities ranging from its shape to the contents inside the mushroom. and for friends who know what's in the mushroom, please leave your opinion in the comments column below.

Of course, to get satisfactory results, I have to be willing to endure the heat, fight fatigue, and stay enthusiastic in order to get satisfactory results.

Even though the weather was a bit cloudy at that time, after the tiring journey I felt tired and sweat was dripping down my entire body. And after finding and taking several pictures of the bird's nest mushroom, I immediately took a short break under the bamboo tree.

After taking a short break, I immediately continued my journey along the river. I continued walking until I found a small river that led to the east, but the small river had a narrower area than the first river I passed, but because of my curiosity I decided to explore the small river.

Not far walking on the small river I immediately felt a striking difference because in the small river there were many small trees growing on the banks of the river which made me have to cut down some small trees to be able to cross the river, but that was my choice because I believe mushrooms grow in places that have cold temperatures and humid places.

And yes not far walking I immediately found one of the mushrooms that was very beautiful and extraordinary

This is a very perfect mushroom in my opinion, starting from the color, shape, and pattern on the mushroom, it is like a work of art that is beautifully carved on the mushroom, its pure white color also makes me really like this mushroom. And this mushroom grows well on a dead tree trunk right on the edge of the river, so very carefully I started to lift the mushroom to take it to a bright place so that I could take some photos to produce beautiful and of course detailed images.

Not satisfied enjoying the beauty of the mushroom, suddenly I saw another type of mushroom that also had extraordinary beauty. Rather than being curious, I started to approach the mushroom and started to photograph it.

And this is what the mushroom looks like if I photograph it from a further distance.

The color is the same, which is white, but the shape and pattern are clearly different. This mushroom has an irregular pattern, but still has an extraordinary artistic carving. and I happened to find this mushroom growing well on a rock that was already covered in mud on it, but before photographing the mushroom I cleaned the mud on the rock first, so as not to interfere with the beauty of the mushroom.

And without me realizing it, the time was already 02.00 noon, which meant I had been following this river for about 4 hours. I knew that if I continued to follow this small river, I would definitely get other beautiful mushrooms, but I also had to think about my body which was starting to get hungry, and rather than taking the risk, I decided to go home immediately, and on the way home I no longer followed the river, but passed through several residents' plantations to get home quickly.

And when I got home I immediately ate first to fill my hungry stomach, and after that I immediately went to the hut in front of my house, and when I was sitting relaxing there suddenly one of my friends came and approached me, and suddenly my friend invited me to go to the forest to hunt for mushrooms again, hearing the invitation from my friend I immediately said yes, even though I knew my body still felt very weak.

We both went to the forest using a motorbike, because the distance from my house to the forest is quite far, so it's better to use a motorbike so as not to waste too much energy. And when we arrived at the forest, we immediately explored the forest in the hope of getting some beautiful mushroom pictures there.

It didn't take long, my friend immediately found several types of beautiful mushrooms in the forest, and he immediately took some photos of the mushrooms, and coincidentally my friend was also playing hive, and the name of his hive was @maxmarvin.

I didn't stay silent and started looking for some mushrooms in the forest, and finally I managed to find a very unique type of mushroom and we often call this mushroom the trumpet mushroom.

Pay attention to the shape of the mushroom, then you will know for yourself why this mushroom is called a trumpet mushroom, yes because the shape of this mushroom resembles a trumpet. Another uniqueness of this mushroom is in terms of its color which makes me very interested in photographing it.

And when I was busy photographing the mushroom, suddenly I heard my friend's scream calling me to immediately approach him, hearing his scream I rushed to run to him, and after approaching him he showed me his findings, namely straw mushrooms that grow well under dead and rotting gebang trees.

Yes, this is a very extraordinary discovery, because straw mushrooms can not only be photographed but can also be eaten, and after finding the straw mushrooms, I first took several pictures showing the beauty of the mushrooms and after that I started harvesting them.

And after harvesting all the straw mushrooms, we decided to take them home, clean them first and then cook them directly with noodles. And when we got home, we immediately cleaned the mushrooms.

And after the mushrooms were cleaned, I asked my friend to take the mushrooms to the Aceh noodle stall in my village, and my friend immediately took the mushrooms to the Aceh noodle stall to be cooked, and after waiting a few minutes, finally my friend came home with several packages of cooked mushroom noodles, I couldn't wait to eat it, until I almost forgot to take a picture, but luckily when I was eating and remembered to take a picture of the noodles. So that I can share it in this post which clarifies my excitement in hunting mushrooms.

This mushroom noodle is really delicious, especially the mushrooms are my own harvest, it's really amazing. Well, those are some pictures and my excitement of hunting mushrooms last Monday, I really hope this post can provide entertainment for all my friends.

Good morning dear friend @riyat
You are doing very well in anticipating the search for mushrooms, being cautious is much better than facing a mishap and not having photographs of mushrooms to publish
Walking along the riverbank is very successful, since there is a certain humidity in the ground that is good for the development of mushrooms
The mushrooms you have found are very good. Excellent
Have a beautiful day

Thank you very much my brother.
You are absolutely right, the river bank has humidity so lots of mushrooms grow there, and I really enjoyed this hunt.
