​Mental pain that is out of reach, no matter how cheerful it may appear from the outside, it is impossible to understand the state of mind and circumstances of a person.

Depression is the main cause of mental illness, and I am going to talk about it today.

Depression is a heart-wrenching pain that leaves people feeling exhausted. And it encourages people to do many bad things.
I can't understand which way you are walking, what you are doing! And gradually becoming destitute in this sequence.

When people go into depression, two aspects should be noted: 1/ Environmental conditions, 2/ Nature is the root. For these two reasons, people get lost in the abyss of sadness, and its name is depression.
The elements of environmental conditions are people and nature and the elements are when the environment is not in favor of nature and itself, it opposes against the mind, then people go into depression.
For this, two aspects should be observed, one is family status, two is nature. When people are lonely, the environment will encourage them from the people in the environment, they will refrain from things that are not encouraging. To adapt oneself to nature one must reproduce oneself with nature.
Basically, the main reason for people's depression is the surrounding conditions and the environment, so the mind should never grow old.

Hope I have given you some ideas and solutions about depression.
