Best games I've played this year while university has killed me. // Mejores juegos que he jugado en este año mientras la universidad me ha matado. (ENG/ESP)
➤ It's already 7 months into the year and it's amazing how fast time goes by and how long my college semester is lasting because this shit doesn't end and I already want a vacation, but that's not the point. Sometimes I sit down to reflect about all the games I've played lately and the truth is that there haven't been too many, since I've lived most of my time busy or in multiplayer games that don't bring anything different, so this top I decided to make it of games with story or basically single player, being able to talk about my favorite games of this year and the ones I've enjoyed a million times, so.... Let's start.
STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order
➤ I easily think I could put this as the best game I have played and completed so far this year, I enjoyed this game from head to toe like you have no idea as it is amazing, I didn't have high hopes for it as the Star Wars franchise has had many low downfalls and bad games, but the truth is I underestimated it badly. It is an amazing game with a very well done story, an incredible narrative that completely introduces you into the game, along with good characters that make you have affection for them and a pretty well done protagonist along with a faithful companion that will be the best character of all. The truth is that I liked it too much and it is quite addictive if you really love the story, apart from having a very well done gameplay, from an incredible combat system with a lot of varieties of combos, attacks and enemies to face, and also a system of worlds and exploration quite well done. I'll try to post my playthrough of the game soon, but for now, I recommend it 100%. The new game that continues this story was recently released and I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to playing it. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that this game has an amazing photo mode.
Nier Replicant
➤ I'm a total fan of Nier Automata, I find it a perfect game from head to toe and precisely for that reason I couldn't skip Nier Replicant. Although it is a remake of an old game, it is a game that is incredibly well done replicating the real game, including gameplay that in my opinion could have been better if it was like Automata, but it was still fun. This game is amazing and offers us the opportunity to live a much bigger world and with more freedom, apart from a story that is quite difficult to digest and that you have to understand very well and will help us to process everything that happens in the Nier saga. This game has around 4 endings, sadly I only completed one because I didn't like its ending system, since you have to complete the game 2 more times with some new sequences, but it really did seem somewhat tedious. I was satisfied with the first ending even though I know it's not the last one, I still enjoyed the journey. I think my only complaint about this game would be the endings and that it has very bad side quests, otherwise, it's an amazing game. By the way, if there is something this game does, it is to get too fond of its characters.
Devil May Cry 5
➤ If you want to see demons crying, this is the game, haha how funny I am. Although I have not yet completed this game and I'm starting it recently is giving me a pretty incredible experience, from start to finish is being fun and brutal, I think the most characteristic of this game and all his saga is the combat and is that it is very fun, although to play on keyboard the game is not the best optimized possible, sometimes it is difficult to make certain combos, but it is more than enjoyable even so. It has a story that so far is running incredibly and introducing us to new characters and different ways to play each one, since at the beginning of the story we will play with two characters and each one will be different in everything. Graphically it is also beautiful and I think the best of all is its demonic apocalyptic aesthetic that is very well done, from the scenarios to the bosses that we must face, so yes, for something this game is so praised. Just look at the incredible aesthetics of this boss.
➤ I think this would be my top game, maybe with some honorable mentions like Monster Hunter World and GTA V that I didn't decide to include it since I've talked about it enough, but I still think it's one of the best games I've played this year so I would definitely put it in the top 3 or maybe even 2. ➤ Ya van 7 meses del año y es increíble lo rápido que pasa el tiempo y lo mucho que está durando mi semestre de la universidad porque esta mierda no termina y ya quiero vacaciones, pero es no es el punto. A veces me siento a reflexionar acerca de todos los juegos que he jugado ultimamente y la verdad es que no han sido demasiados, ya que he vivido la mayor parte de mi tiempo ocupado o en juegos multiplayer que no aportan nada distinto, así que este top decidí hacerlo de juegos con historia o básicamente de un jugador, pudiendo hablar así de mis juegos favoritos de este año y de los que he disfrutado al millón, así que... Comencemos.
STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order
➤ Fácilmente creo que podría poner este como el mejor juego que he jugado y completado en todo lo que va del año, disfruté este juego de pies a cabeza como no tienen una idea ya que es increíble, no le tenía muchas esperanzas ya que la franquicia de Star Wars ha tenido muchas bajas caídas y malos juegos, pero la verdad es que lo subestimé mal. Es un juego increíble con una historia muy bien hecha, una narrativa increíble que te introduce por completo en el juego, junto a buenos personajes que te hacen tenerles cariño y un protagonista bastante bien hecho junto a un fiel acompañante que será el mejor personaje de todos. La verdad es que me gustó demasiado y es bastante adictivo si de verdad le agarras amor a la historia, aparte de tener una jugabilidad muy bien hecha, desde un sistema de combate increíble con un montón de variedades de combos, ataques y enemigos a los cuales enfrentarnos, y también un sistema de mundos y de exploración bastante bien hecho. Pronto intentaré postear mi recorrido en el juego, pero por ahora, lo recomiendo al 100%. Hace poco se estrenó el nuevo juego que continúa esta historia y no saben cuantas ganas de jugarlo tengo. Ah, y casi olvido mencionar que este juego tiene un modo foto increíble.
Nier Replicant
➤ Soy un fanático total de Nier Automata, me parece un juego perfecto de pies a cabeza y precisamente por eso no podía obviar Nier Replicant. Aunque es un remake de un juego antiguo, es un juego que está increíblemente bien hecho replicando el juego verdadero, incluyendo así una jugabilidad que a mí parecer pudo haber sido mejor si fuera como la del Automata, pero igual fue divertido. Este juego es increíble y nos ofrece la oportunidad de vivir un mundo mucho más grande y con más libertad, aparte de una historia bastante difícil de digerir y que hay que entender muy bien y nos ayudará a procesar todo lo que ocurre en la saga Nier. Este juego tiene alrededor de 4 finales, tristemente solo completé uno porque no me gustó su sistema de finales, ya que hay que completar el juego 2 veces más con algunas secuencias nuevas, pero de verdad sí me pareció algo tedioso. Me quedé conforme con el primer final aunque sé que no es el último, igual disfruté bastante la travesia. Creo que mi única queja de este juego sería el tema de los finales y que tiene misiones secundarias muy malas, de resto, es un juego increíble. Por cierto, si hay algo que hace este juego, es agarrarle demasiado cariño a sus personajes.
Devil May Cry 5
➤ Si quieren ver demonios llorando, este es el juego, jaja que chistoso soy. Aunque aún no he completado este juego y lo estoy iniciando recientemente me está dando una experiencia bastante increíble, desde inicio a fin está siendo divertido y brutal, creo que lo más característico de este juego y de toda su saga es el combate y es que es muy divertido, aunque para jugar en teclado el juego no es que esté de lo mejor optimizado posible, a veces es difícil hacer ciertos combos, pero es más que disfrutable aún así. Tiene una historia que hasta ahora está corriendo de forma increíble y presentándonos nuevos personajes y distintos modos de jugar cada uno, ya que en el inicio de la historia jugaremos con dos personajes y cada uno será distinto en todo. Gráficamente también es hermoso y creo que lo mejor de todo es su estetíca apocaliptica demoniaca que está muy bien hecha, desde los escenarios hasta los jefes que nos debemos enfrentar, así que sí, por algo este juego es tan alabado. Solo vean la increíble estética de este jefe.
➤ Creo que este sería mi top de juegos, tal vez con algunas menciones honorificas como Monster Hunter World y GTA V que no decidí incluirlo ya que he hablado bastante de él, pero igual me parece de los mejores juegos que he jugado este año así que sin duda lo pondría de top 3 o tal vez 2 incluso. No seas agarrado chamo termínate el Nier Replicant, solo tienes que calarte la misma vaina 43 veces con dos diálogos más por final, en fin, generación de cristal.
No le eches la culpa a lo universidad gran flojote, y vamos que deberías jugar más juegos, ya te he ganado en la variedad de juegos que he jugado, así no es divertido, hazme revancha
jajajaja te comprendo, cuando estudiaba solía pensar lo mismo hasta que me gradué, y ya luego pude jugar con más libertad, XD. Curiosamente, de los que mencionas, el que más me suena es Monster Hunter World. He visto algunos gameplays por allí y se ve bastante bueno, lo mismo con el GTA V. No ha sido tan mal después de todo, veo que a pesar de las exigencias académicas has logrado entretenerte.
Es una muy buena selección de juegos.
Lo tedioso que puede ser terminar dos veces el mismo juego para tener más finales, no tiene mucho sentido, hace que se convierta en algo aburrido.
