Delicious Chicken Singara Recipe.
I made it a few days ago but did not share it with you. The best I've ever eaten is a singara. And yes, it was not said that the prize of these was 20 rupees. Compared to the local singara in the market, its price was not high. But it was very fun to eat.
However, today I am here to share this favorite recipe with you. I hope you will want to eat it again and again if you make it like this.
Ingredients needed for today's recipe
One and a half cups of flour, 4 boiled potatoes, 4 chopped onions, 1 cup of chicken, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 2 teaspoons of meat seasoning, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of ginger, soybeans Oil 2 table spoon, black seed 2 table spoon, tomato sauce 1 tea spoon.
First step
First I put 2 tbsp of oil in the frypan. When the oil is hot, add the chopped chicken and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Second step
At this stage I gave all the powdered masala. Then stir well and cook covered with a lid.
Third step
Now cut the previously boiled potatoes into small pieces and add them to the chicken. Stir everything together and fry them. Then take them out and put them in a separate bowl.
Fourth step
At this stage I added 2 tbsp of oil to the frypan. Then I added some chopped onion. Fry for a while and then add ginger paste and garlic paste.
Fifth step
At this stage, after grinding everything for a while, I added garam masala powder. Then I gave tomato sauce I mixed everything and squeezed it for a while. I added salt as much.
Sixth step
Now I mixed everything with the previously cooked potato and meat filling and cooked it for 2-3 minutes. At the last stage I sprinkled some black cumin in this pur.
Seventh step
Now I took 3 cups of flour in a big bowl. Then I added 1 tablespoon of black cumin and 1 teaspoon of salt. Again I added 1 tablespoon of soybean oil.
Eighth step
Now mix everything well and make a dough with normal water.
Ninth step
From this dough, I cut the dough and made a small bread lengthwise. I cut it from the middle and divided it into 2 parts.
Tenth step
Now with the help of that full spoon of chicken, I put it in the folds of this singara. Then I brought the bread on the other side and sealed it. This is how I made the chicken singara.
Eleventh step
After making all the singaras in this way, I put some oil in the frypan to heat it. Once it is hot, I put the singaras one by one. Fry for 10 minutes on very low flame and remove it when it turns brown. I fried them all like this.
Serving
Yummy Chicken Singara is ready. Which was incredibly fun to eat. It was as much fun to eat as it was to look at.
