Overflowing Floods Landa Bireuen Regency, Currently Five Villages are Submerged.
Heavy rains that hit Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province, on Thursday, 6/10/2022, caused five villages to be submerged by overflowing floods.
The five villages that were flooded were Sukarame Village, Blang Kuthang, Cot Kruet, West Kuta and Leubu Me, Makmur District. The overflow flood was caused by the overflow of the Binthasa river, the water level reached 50-60 centimeters.
Water enters the residential area at around 18.15. WIB, currently there are 117 units of residents' houses that have been flooded, consisting of 177 heads of families from 468 people. Until now, the community still survives in their respective homes and there is no evacuation point.
