What Do You Deserve and What's Your Responsibility?
You are sort of disappointed because you do not get what you deserve. When you focus on what you deserve, you look for something you expect. You are in a position that creates what you deserve.
On the flip side, when you think about your responsibility, you think about what you should do for others. Your parents raised you. You should be a good son or daughter and take care of your parents. If you do a job, you have job responsibility. You do your job according to your responsibility. Now you deserve increment and promotion. There should be a balance between what you deserve and your responsibility. When you think it from both angles, you find that balance.
