A story of a day's fish market experience. (Increase in market price)

How are you all Hope you are all well. I occasionally go to the market and go there to fish. Currently there is a lot of demand for fish but the price of fish is a bit high. Bangladesh has more than 1400 rivers and millions of ponds yet we export fish to other countries to meet the demand of our country. In our country there are many lakes and rivers from which fish are collected to meet the non-meat needs of people.

All kinds of fish are available in the market, small and big river fish, pond fish and farmed fish. But people in our area like to eat most of the river fish because fresh water fish is very tasty. I want to talk about the national fish of our country, Hilsa. Our country used to produce a large amount of hilsa fish, but due to various geographical reasons, the demand for fish has decreased a lot. Fish production is very expensive. Hilsa fish is sold for 600 taka per kg which is Bangladeshi taka. Hive prices are presented below.

I see some Jiel fish in another shop. These fish are found in most ponds. All these fish are not found in the river. These fishes are highly nutritious and doctors recommend eating them due to which these fishes are in high demand. 400 to 500 Bangladesh Taka per kg of Jiel fish. Most people in our country eat pangas fish. Pangus fish is in high demand because its price is very low. People with low income can easily buy these fish. Pangas fish is very liked by little boys and girls because Pangas fish does not have much cut. Because of that, it is a very popular fish among young children. Market tilapia fish are sold in small, large and medium sizes. These fish are very tasty and sweet. These materials are found both in rivers and ponds. Famus spawns twice a year, resulting in an abundance of fish in the pond. Tilapia fish is sold at Tk 120 per kg. Below is the Hive price list.
