Optimistic for 'Uptober'...?!?

So I've noticed an uptick in optimism about the potential for Bitcoin hitting $70K + as early as October...

I first noticed this on CoinCodex which is predicting a surge basically this coming weekend....

And there seems to be quite a bit of excitement around the space for upside potential if we do a qualitative skim of the BTC headlines...

However...

I'm not at all certain what these price predictions are based upon but possibly they factor in previous monthly trends in the Bitcoin price.

You can see why October has been renamed Uptober (I do quite like term!)

That's 3 out of the last three years Bitcoin has finished higher at the end of October than previously, after a more likely decline in price in the previous two months.

If we are factoring in monthly trends, then it's also worth considering that February and March are historically good to be true.

But then again past performance is probably less good an indicator of future performance than ever...

Hive to follow suit...?

I loved @empoderat's optimism about the potential for Hive to rise in price in coming months. It is indeed up, by a good 20% compared to only 10 days ago.... $2 Hive by August next year if things play out like they have done in the past!

I did stack a little more when it was cheap, only a couple of K, and I know I wasn't the only one... probably a good idea.

Here's hoping for a tasty October.

But if you are gonna sell, may hold some stables to buy back in early winter and then sell again in spring.
