Some RUNE stats

I've been looking at Thorchain stats for a while
The RUNE price is 4,85 at the time of writing this. I am very bullish on this project as I think that decentralized swapping between the most popular chains is something with huge demand and a lot of potential.
The most popular projects right now that allow users to swap between BTC and ETH in a truly decentralized way are Thorchain, Chainflip and Maya protocol as far as I know.

Since the last changes were implemented, Rune has become a deflationary token. The maximum supply is 500,000 million tokens and 0,01% of each swap is burning tokens.

In the last 10 days we burned 4,5 RUNE each day, something negligible at the current rate of 0,01% but at some point it could be higher if Node Operators decide so. In my opinion they shouldn't touch this variable until we got 10x the volume we have right now.

Here a chart about the burn mechanics:

The fact that the protocol is being used A LOT now that we are not in a full bull phase craziness shows that it has market fit.
The protocol is generating fees to pay the liquidity providers and node operators.
They currently average from 100,000$ to 300,000$ each day to pay them. This is a lot of money, I don't know where this numbers would go in a full bull market.
From this money the protocol also pays the developers, I'm not sure what the percentage is, but I think it is a 2%.
