Yesterday I was inmersed in crypto twitter/X and I found a really interesting tweet.
The user @robin_linus created a new whitepaper that enables the possibility of building smart contracts in Bitcoin.
In fact, that's not exactly true, some of the "computation" needs to be done off-chain, but it can be verifiable via the Bitcoin blockchain.

I encourage you to take a look at the whitepaper, and also read the comments above the tweet.
It already has 2,5 M views, and some of the Bitcoin OG's like Adam Back read and commented on the whitepaper.
