Housing crisis

There are several countries that have housing crisis. And this crisis is not that the price of houses is plumetting, it's the contrary the increase of the housing costs compared to the median income keeps rising at an alarming rate.

You can see the chart below:

I found it in a tweet from "dan_pantera". If we analyze the chart, the chare of income needed to cover housing costs has increased over 40%. Ideally this % sould fall below 30%, but it just peaked at 45%.
I assume that the data is for the US, but in my country, Spain, the data will probably look even worse. Specially if we take a look at the big cities.

It's getting harder and harder to buy a home. I still can remember when a single working family member could maintain a family of 5 people comfortably. This would never happen again if you have a regular salary.

Hey guys, things are getting tough out there. Plan accordingly. This cycle is one of the best opportunities we have to get generational wealth. Don't forget to sell some HIVE when we reach ATH. We have been here for a long time, we learned by the mistakes.

This 59-60k level is getting tough, don't lose the focus. They want you to gamble your money, hodl strong.
