RE: Belief, Mindset and Confidence

Years ago, I also may not have believed the importance of psychology in sports, football in particular.

You know, I used to wonder why teams hired psychologists as part of their technical crew until I began to follow the game more intricately and saw how much it does to help the game; players' believe and expression of their abilities.

Liverpool will be one of the happiest teams to have this break. Hopefully, the break will be of immense help for their confidence.
