Not finding happiness in the work settings and the decision i took

There were times I work for a transportation firm, i think in an interval of three years or so. when I started the job, i was finding it difficult to flow along ln terms of doing personal stuff.

Although the pay was okay, the deal was, l was usually tired everytimes I got home, and the next thing will be to sleep, therefore i manage to work for a year but I was not seeing myself in that place.

Each time I told my brother i was going to quit the job he will tell me not to make such decision that i might regret later lf l do so, to be frank, till l stopped going to work, l myself l did not know exactly when, although I understood that I did not really see myself working ln that firm.

Fast forward, i got myself a skill which i can count on, at least, for 65 percentage of my needs.

The deal is, i do not know how manage that i got those feelings but what l do know ls that, l do not like any work that would warrant me to be going to the office everyday, at least let lt be work from home, or to work for myself no matter how small that thing is giving me, l will try to manage from lt.

Speaking of my skill, l prefer it because, if l am given work to handle, it would not take the whole days ln the month, highest 3 or 4 days I should be done with it, then l will go home take my time and work on other stuffs that i like.

l remember my friend calling me lazy because I leave my job few years ago, the deal was, we were working ln the same firm, and he was one of those person's, who keep telling me that it is not a good idea for me to think of leaving the job, and when I finally did, he got annoyed.

But the thing is just simple, l was not finding that inner joy on the job, let's just move money aside, l am one of those people that won't trade happiness for money, by then, l was seeing it like l was wasting my time there, so when I got out, l used my savings from the job to get myself some machine's l needed on my skill, which i am still going to work with them up till date.

l think the challenges l faced when I am going for painting is just to make sure that I hired people that are good painters, tell them when we are going for lt, and depending on how big was the job we might finish it that day or the next day which is what I like about it.

where l do not flow along ls going to a office each day, ln those days when I worked ln the firm, l was getting bored of seeing the same trees, the same environment and running the same role each days.

But there were times I stay for complete three months and I did not get any work, that was when I remember quitting my job when I was having the opportunity of being paid every month.

ln those times I was not so proud of my skills, because I was really down, l felt the skill wasn't going to save me and I was counting myself as a jobless guy till a contract came, and l did successfully and I get some funds to push up again.

Taking from my experienced, i would not advise anybody to leave his/her job, l will say "tried and adapt to lt, because lf you do, it will not be that easy to find a new job, and getting contract from the skill we offer required much contacts, and getting in touch so that you are given the job.
