A Culinary Symphony by the Riverside!
As the sun began its gentle descent towards the horizon, casting a warm, golden hue over the serene river, I found myself at a local gem of a restaurant nestled by the riverside.
This was no ordinary evening; it was a symphony of flavors waiting to be savored, an experience that would linger in my memory for years to come.
Kabab-e-Adda was the name of the place. They serve one of the best kababs in the town. The ambiance of the restaurant was simply enchanting.
The menu presented an enticing array of choices, but I was drawn to two dishes that had been recommended by the locals: Chicken Chaap and Chicken Boti Kabab.
It was a tough choice, but why settle for just one when you can have the best of both worlds? The fragrant aroma of the spices wafting from the kitchen only heightened my anticipation.
My order arrived, and I was greeted by a symphony of colors and textures on my plate. The Chicken Chaap was a masterpiece, a tender chicken leg marinated in a rich, aromatic blend of spices and slow-cooked to perfection.
On the other side of the plate, the Chicken Boti Kabab stood tall, charred to perfection on the outside, and incredibly succulent on the inside.
Each bite revealed a burst of flavor, the tender meat soaking up the delectable sauce. It was a gastronomic journey through the streets of Kolkata, a dance of spices that left my taste buds tingling with delight.
The smoky, slightly charred flavor complemented the bold flavors of the Chaap, creating a harmonious balance that was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece.
Amidst all this bliss, my heart was touched by an unexpected guest. A healthy stray dog had found its way to the restaurant, looking for a morsel of food from the kind-hearted visitors.
To accompany these culinary delights, there were fluffy, golden puris, a delightful contrast to the rich gravies. They were like little pillows of happiness, perfect for scooping up the chicken and sauces. And speaking of sauces, there were two – a tangy tamarind sauce and a zesty tomato sauce. Each added its own layer of complexity to the meal, creating a flavor explosion that left me yearning for more.
In all of this, the stray sure made us happy. It sat there patiently, a humble reminder of the simple joys of life and the importance of sharing our blessings with those in need. The restaurant staff, aware of this loyal visitor, provided a small meal for the dog, and the gratitude in its eyes was a moment of pure, unspoken connection.
In that picturesque setting, with a plate full of culinary wonders, the gentle breeze of the riverside, and the heartwarming presence of a furry friend, I found myself immersed in a symphony of sensations that transcended the ordinary. It was more than a meal; it was an experience, a memory etched in my heart forever.
If ever you find yourself by the riverside located in **Mohammadpur Beri Badh, Dhaka - Bangladesh, seek out this hidden gem, and let your senses dance to the melody of flavors, sights, and sounds that define this remarkable dining experience.
Have a good day, everyone.

The sight of the meal was enough to make me hungry let alone your explanation. My mouth filled with water.
I can feel the taste of tamarind sauce in my mouth.
