Lunch with the local's favorite

How's day going Hivers. What's up for lunch today? Well I were brought by the locals to this more than 50 years restaurant in Perak Malaysia. Without hesitate I hoop in and ready to go for some local delight.

The whole shop lot were closed down. But wait. What got my attention is all this shop lot were made from wood which it last until today. Sadly all were closed down left the only shop- the restaurant were open. during the day.

Just look at the signboard itself can tell you that is been there for age. Also made from wood. I mean wow is really cool to see that they trying to preserves everything from the time.

Dining area with casher counter and drinks brew station. All in on place.

Famous drink which is the job tears aka Bali drink called in Malaysia. Which they made fresh daily and store inside the glass bottle for maximise the effects of cooling.

Open air/ open space kitchen? Is rarely seen today. The idea were from the olden times from China which you can see their houses front yard with open air design for the light and air flow they say. Impressive.

Even the stairs made from wood as well. On top is closed and now being used as store to keep table and chairs. It were used as dining area during the olden times.

Kitchen wise? Only 2 chef in action cooking the order all day long. Salute to them.

Tada~ here's my order. Well I'm a rice person so I go for rice with 1 frid fish and pork menu. I order sour and spicy fish and potato and fried rice with fried pork and fish with garlic and ginger. Time to go fill up my tummy.

Well that's for today. Have a wonderful day ahead my friend.
