Splinterlands, Powered by HIVE (On Site Chat, Discord Channel for Contest & Community)
Projects which communicates with its users and takes feedbacks and finally tries to implements them within their projects, they tend to grow and eventually get to a better position. Splinterlands has always been trying to improve in almost every path of their road. There has been multiple improvements within the game, which is leading the game towards decentralization. That being said, as of now almost all the important and crucial decisions are being taken the stakehodlers of SPS via DAO voting (Proposals). Which is a step forward towards decentralization. Not only that, there are multiple changes made by the game in their eco system.
Lets talk about few of the upgrades which are noticeable by everyone (especially players, content creators).

If you now log into Splinterlands, a support chat pops up. Just in case anyone needs any sort of support regarding the game, the bot will be able to help with initial questions and apparently if someone from the support team is necessary regarding the problem, it will be handles as well. Believe me or not, Splinterlands can be little difficult for new players to get the basic idea of the game. This small but yet very powerful update will help many users in the beginning of their journey.
Some might say, this update was already here now just a pop up, would make a difference? Well, there are users who might not even go that length to explore for support in other places. While this small approach makes a big difference by allowing users mind that there are team members who are actually willing to help others in need. Although, I am eagerly waiting for users to get the right benefit from here.

There has been multiple occasions, where a content creator has faced multiple issues regarding their content. Such as formatting the post, understanding the theme of the topic, ways to shares other content creators POV, learn from other content creators, get some suggestions from others and especially from Splinterlands curators and so on. Any sort of questions regarding content creation and more you can now hop on and share your POV. Any active curators when they are active during that period of time, will gladly answer your queries.

Splinterlands has been in HIVE blockchain, since the inception of HIVE (previously Steem Blockchain). We the players are active in the game for a very long time. HIVE and Splinterlands are corelated. HIVE blockchain has been a supportive blockchain for Splinterlands all along they way. Splinterlands also have been showing all sorts of supports towards HIVE in every possible way. The recent upgrade which many of the gamers might have noticed is the logo of HIVE is being branded along with Splinterlands in its home page. This would allow gamers of Splinterlands learn a lot more about HIVE Blockchain, which will help onboarding users to the eco system of HIVE.
Well, I believe that in the coming days Splinterlands will improve further in taking feedbacks from its users and implementing them in the game for better user retention. Not to forget this is a continuous process and it will improve along the way.
