AUCTION of Heloise the Hollow (Splinterlands)
When there is excitement in a game, people will jump in! This has been the fun of any sort of games. Excitements particularly attracts new users and also brings in a lot of fun and extra revenue into the table. I suppose Splinterlands is going through a nice phase of evolvement. Trying out new things and going above and beyond for making the ecosystem a better one. You might have noticed there is an auction incoming in Splinterlands for one of the mot unique cards which is to be existed ever in Splinterlands. Let's dive in to see what is really awaiting for us all.
Introducing a new way of obtaining a Splinterlands Special Card
This is where it gets interesting! You will need to go for a bidding war to get hands on this exclusive 100 max-level copies of Heloise. Yep, you are reading it right. There will be only max copies of Heloise the Hollow. According to the legend this card will be of a legendary edition and will be able to use in Death Splinter. In addition, she will not be only be able to go out all for Melee attacks but she will be hard to deal with once she is taken down. It will be sort of an epic situation to get handle of her.

How to get hands on Heloise?
On October 29th, the Auction House opens its doors and on November 6th, bidding begins. The auction tends to be simple and easy to grasp. Every 25 hours, a new copy of Heloise the Hollow goes up for bid. There will be a timer of 25 hours and within that time frame the highest bidder wins when the timer reaches zero. As simple as that!
Gold Foil Version. So every 20th card auctioned a Gold Foil version will be up for grab. And there will be only five of these Gold Foil version ever to exist. So I believe this is where things will start to get interesting! As these crazy collectors of ultra rare edition cards will be super active to get their hands on these 5 Gold Foil cards.
The minimum bid would be of 10,000 DEC or Credits. Its pretty simple, you can bid 10k+ every time you want to outbid the person in front of you. Similarly if you want to go big, you can just multiply your bids by 1k, 5k, 10k buttons.
I am honestly excited about these phase, I can not wait to see how things will go. As there are mixed feelings going around the land of Splinterlands. As there are players who would probably just sit back and watch this show going on and there would be those who would be eagerly waiting to be a part of this auction and stacking up DEC in their wallets.
I am not sure is it worth it or not but I am liking the efforts of Splinterlands for coming up with this idea and smartly implementing it for the players to get some extra fun in the game.
