Vegetarian Food is my Choice
Hello and Everyone
I think that choice of food is something that people can choose whatever they want to eat. Some people choose to go with non-veg food and some people prefer to have vegetarian food. Now there is another category called vegan which is also adopted by many people I know and in my opinion everyone is right. It is a personal choice that anyone can make and nobody should be forcing anything on them. In India the majority of people are vegetarians. Still, it's not that non-veg food is not consumed much because many people are following both which means they eat vegetarian and nonvegetarian on different occasions. Vegan is something where people do not even consume dairy products and they also have their reasons.
I am vegetarian by my food choice and I consume dairy products so I'm not legal. I never had nonvegetarian food in my life and will be the same in the future because I'm not going to change my food habits. In my family everyone is vegetarian and we don't consume guys where my son is vegetarian but now people who consume nonwaste food or growing in numbers.
Some people say that they get better nutrients in on this food which I don't buy their point because just for the taste or nutrients I'm not going to change my choice. If I talk about scientific regions then our body needs more time to digest nonvegetarian food whereas vegetarian food gets digested faster. I'm not against the people who eat non-veg because I know it is something personal. Even many friends of mine are nonvegetarian and they enjoy the food when we gather together so I have no problem with their style of food.
They don't force me to eat non-veg and I do the same with them so we have the freedom to choose whatever we want to eat but I just don't feel comfortable with nonvegetarian food. Maybe you can make a joke about me about why I don't eat non-veg but to be honest I can't even touch that food if it is nonvegetarian and that's the kind of person I am. There are so many varieties of vegetarian food, so I never felt like I'm missing something in life, so I need to switch from nonveg food to vegetarian food.
I visit restaurants serving both types of foods but I order what I eat. I respect everyone's choice of eating food. I recently visited one of the restaurants and some of the clicks of the food I had I am sharing in this post. Even some of the dishes I order quite often whenever I visit the restaurant and since I'm vegetarian so I also try to prefer some healthy food and also like to have salad quite often. What is your food preference? Do you like veg or non-veg or both depending upon the situation? Food is something that we eat for a healthy mind and body so whatever we like we should eat it and that's all I can say.
