Family means World to me

Hello and Everyone

Family, It's not just a word for me instead it is much more in my life, and it's a world for me. I can't imagine a life without a family because it is an important part of my life. I'm sure many of you would agree with me that they are dependent on their family for many reasons and even I am. Family is a backbone for me when I get their support every time I feel no or I need a second advice. For me family is something that I can spend great time with and no matter what I am going through, they are always coming for me. They don't judge me even if I don't do well and they always appreciate me even if they know that the success is far away and that's what makes the family a very important part of my life.

My family includes my parents, in-laws, brother and sisters. I stay away from them but I visit them quite a few times a year. I also try to stay connected with them through the phone or video call as much as possible and this is how I feel like it is one of the parts that keeps me motivated and I enjoy every moment I spend with them. I don't want to stay alone and even if I am then also with technology I always have their connection with me. I can call them anytime I want and they are available and if I am at home then I can call them through video call which is like a virtual connection I have with them.

I live in the city and my friends are not nearby. I mean to say I have a group of ladies and we connect sometimes but they are not so many. They are friends but I would say that they are my close friends. My school-time friends are married and they are settled in different cities so we talk sometimes but mostly they are busy with their family stuff. This is why I'm not much into the connection of friends but I have great family.

I try to celebrate every festival with them, especially the big ones. For example Diwali Holi etc I always ensure to celebrate with them and now since Holy is nearby so I'll visit my family. Holi is a festival that is celebrated with colours and with family it is even more colourful for me so I will be going to visit my family and celebrate this festival together next week.

I am incomplete without my family and they are the ones who make me what I am today. When I feel like it is tough for me to visit them then I ask them to come to my place so that we can have some time. My parents often visit my place and even my in-laws keep on visiting from time to time. It's like a balance that we have when every month either I am with them or they are with me and this is why it is very difficult for me to imagine many months without them.

People are practical and I know in big cities people get so busy in their life that they hardly get time for their families. I know many people around me and they are my neighbours but they do not have time for their families. Some of them are also living with their in-laws and they hardly spend time with them which I think is very bad because we need to value them. Maybe people are so practical that they are trying to grow in life but they want to leave their families behind but sadly I'm not that type of person. I have a time which I always want to spend with my family and there is no compromise. I connect with them and enjoy some memorable times with them whenever it is possible for me and there is no compromise on my family time because this is the time I enjoy a lot and I do not want to miss this.
