Diwali🪔 Preparation
Hello and namaste everyone
Today it's Diwali and a celebration will be happening in the evening. It is a festival of light so it is well celebrated when it is dark and people light up a lot of lights and this is what makes the environment so happy and full of light. The Diwali worship is also done in the evening but for that preparation starts from the day because it takes a lot of time to make things ready. I have also prepared for this festival but this is not finished yet because there is a lot which I still need to do.
I have been working on Diwali preparation for the last few days and my Diwali shopping was started even before that. It is one of the biggest festivals so it takes a lot to make things great and of course, the festival is all about celebrating some time together with family and friends. This time I'm not going to my parent's house so the celebration will be happening a bit differently but later on I will be visiting them. This plan changed and it was decided that this year we will celebrate Diwali in our house and will not be visiting any relatives for Diwali celebration. I think sometimes it is cool to stay at home and celebrate with the family but I do understand that relatives are also important.
I did some shopping for the festival and bought some decorative steps and different lighting. Will be trying to capture some photos in the evening when the celebration will happen after the Diwali worship. What shape is important? After that, the real celebration starts, so my kids are excited and happy. Even one of my close friends wanted me to visit her house this time but I had to say no because this time I wanted to stay at home and celebrate the festival at our house. I will be visiting some relatives over the weekend if possible but not at the festival of the day because this time it is final.
I'm not working today and I have taken the off for the next couple of days so that I can focus more on the festival celebration and I can also spend some time with the family. Life is busy and these festivals are very important for us to get some time off. Although today is not a working day I have taken the extended off so that I can give more time to the family and my kids. I'm not working in a regular job but still I try to follow a fixed schedule for my work which I do through freelancing. I believe that it is important for us to follow discipline with work and even though I'm working as a freelancer then also I am very particular about it. So now since I have taken the off so those people will not be expecting me to work on and they will not be expecting any outcome at least this weekend.
Now that is all for the day and I hope that all of you celebrate this festival with your near and dear ones. Wishing you a very happy Diwali and a prosperous year ahead. This is a special day for all of us and the celebration should also be done with the people we love to stay nearby which are our friends and relatives and family of course. Once again a very happy Diwali to everyone.
Thank you so much
