Ingredients
- Nine hundred grams of Water spinach
- Two pieces of onion
- One piece of garlic
- Twelve pieces of raw chilliies
- Half tablespoons of tumaric powder
- One tablespoons of salt powder
- One tablespoons of five cordiments
- Three tablespoons of mustard oil
- One tablespoons of Cumin powder
The method of making
Take water spinach from our vegetable garden and did chopping did chopping this water spinach and wash with fresh water properly.
Take onion, garlic and raw chilli. Remove onion shells and did chopping. Cut raw chilli and did chopping
Add three tablespoons mustard oil in pan and heat this oil and add onion chopping garlic chopping in pan.Add five cordiments and add water spinach add raw chilli and blend it well
Add Tumaric powder and add salt powder and blend it well properly
Boil Eighteen minutes in pan and add cumin powder and in this way make delicious healthy water spinach fry recipe
