Ingredients

  • Five hundred grams of Chalkumro
  • Ten pieces of raw chilliies
  • One piece of onion
  • One piece of garlic
  • One tablespoons of salt powder
  • Half tablespoons of tumaric powder
  • One tablespoons of five cordiments
  • Fifty grams of mustard oil

First, collect one piece of Chalkumro and remove Chalkumro peels and did chopping.

Take onion, garlic,raw chilli and did chopping this three ingredients.

Add fifty grams mustard oil in pan and heat this oil and add onion, garlic chopped.

Add raw chilli chopping and add five cordiments.

Add Chalkumro chopping and add Tumaric powder, salt powder and blend it well.
