Ingredients
- Seven pieces of Chichinga
- Two pieces of jhinge
- Three pieces of potatoes
- Three hundred grams of sweet pumpkin
- One piece of onion
- Twelve pieces of raw chilliies
- One tablespoons of dry chilli powder
- One tablespoons of cumin
- One tablespoons of salt powder
- Half tablespoons of tumaric powder
- One tablespoons of five cordiments
- Four tablespoons of mustard oil
Directions
First, collect Chichinga from our vegetable garden.
Collect jhinge from our vegetable garden.
Take Chichinga,jhinge, potatoes and sweet pumpkin , onion raw chilli for making this mix vegetables fry recipe.
Remove Chichinga peels and did chopping as needed.
Remove onion peels and did chopping as needed and did chopping this raw chilli as needed.
Remove jhinge peels and did chopping as needed.
Remove sweet pumpkin peels and did chopping as needed.
Remove potatoes peels and did chopping as needed.
Add four tablespoons of mustard oil in pan and add five cordiments, cumin paste.Add Chichinga, jhinge sweet pumpkin, potatoes.
Add Tumaric powder and salt powder and blend it well.I boil fourty minutes this mix vegetables fry recipe and pick up this mix vegetables fry recipe from pan.
