Gullible Crypto Investors: Queen Elizabeth Altcoins & NFTs

This was absolutely expected because, this is not the first time we have seen things happen. People are quick to create tokens and NFTs of any trending thing. We have seen it in the case of the popular Korean movie, squid game and we have seen it with Elon musk during the time of dogecoin era. We have even seen cases of tokens getting created in respect to holidays, like Christmas. Santa Clause token, a token for the Christmas season.

I don’t have a problem with people creating tokens like these, I have a problem with gullible people blindly pumping their money into scam projects like this, or some greedy people that want to make quick bucks off the situation. The late Queen of England, is next as some people have started creating tokens and NFTs based on the Queen Elizabeth and her death. This is absolutely the wrong time for such jokes, as this is a moment of grief for the Royal households. I know how much people like to joke, but capitalizing on the queen’s death by making tokens and NFTs is not just cool. More Info

At least they should have waited for sometime, there are like 10s of crypto tokens that have the name of the Queen associated with it. Some of them haven’t been listed on CoinMarketCap yet because they scam meme tokens taking advantage of the situations. The ridiculous names given to these meme coins just scream scam. One of the meme tokens had a 28k pump, lots of people must have invested in these tokens and as usual was on the Binance smartchain. Most of them were obviously created for a pump and dump and people can’t wait to take the advantage.

Just as people were creating the tokens other were creating the NFTs. Go to opensea and type Queen Elizabeth and you are going to see series of pictures of the queen as an NFT. Check the activity and you will see that people have been trading these NFTs, for what reason? None at all, just gullible people trying to make quick bucks of the situation. More Info

This is obviously giving crypto some bad PR and bad image, but then, I hope this all settles soon.
