Celebrities and Creating More NFT Awareness

(Edited)

The power of social media influencing can never be over emphasized. This is because, most people look into their phones more than they look at their environment and surroundings. If you want to create awareness for things, social media is the best platform to use. Most celebrities have created a good social media influence for theirselves which has helped them get more results in whatever they are advertising. Some of them get their show tickets sold out faster, and it’s almost free publicity, because all they have to do is go online on their social media platform, make a post and their fans will love it and patronize them.

Imagine when such influence is brought into crypto? Lots of celebrities are being seen as role models because, they influence people’s lives with their craft. Involving theirselves with cryptocurrency is great, and before you start seeing celebrities create awareness about crypto, you should know that it’s either they get paid for it or are just doing it because they have done their research and realized that cryptocurrency is a great opportunity and they want to share it with their fans.

Celebrities Taking The NFT Lead

There are times where you listen to some celebrities advertise crypto, be it an NFT, an exchange or a coin, you will be able to tell that this celebrity is only doing it because they got paid for it and they are reading a script. Some celebrities do that willingly with passion, they talk about it a lot because they love talking about it and they know what they are saying.

Snoop Dogg is one of the crypto OGs who has put in a lot of effort into understanding the crypto space, investing in the crypto space and he is talking about the crypto space. Recently he tries to infuse little crypto terms or lingos in his music videos just so to give space for tiny crypto awareness. He once shot a music video in the sandbox metaverse, that was so cool. Opened a bored ape theme restaurant and has thrown numerous metaverse party.

The latest musical celebrity to be a chief brand officer of a an NFT collection is Pharrell Williams. Pharrell Williams is one of the A List Musical genius we have in our generation. He is a musician, a producer and a person who values arts. Being the Chief Brand Officer of Doodles NFT, it gives him the opportunity of adding his arts into these NFTs.

Being a musical genius and being the best at what he does, Doodleshave a musical collaboration with Columbia records and guess who is going to be the executive producer of the Doodle inspired music? Yep! It’s Pharrell Williams, and the best part of this is that, the musical album won’t be sold just like other albums but will be sold as an NFT which also gives buyers opportunities of owning some NFT collectibles aside the music.

You see where this is going right? Creating more awareness, showing the people that NFT can be more and can be utilized into any art craft.

Yeah.. but the world is still at web 2.0 .. I m saying the influence of stars in crypto can be used as the bridge bringing them over here.

I think people like Pharrell have missed the boat with NFT’s. It’s not bad he’s getting into it but I think people have gotten out of the honeymoon stage of them. They will still be useful for sure but not as valuable as they were for a bit. The money laundering is probably close to being finished!

If NFT is just a FAD then I think so too, but if it keeps on staying firmly rooted to providing great utilities, then i think k it’s not that too late.
