Understanding a certain situation of any of our peers does not cost anything

Greetings my dear friends I hope you are all well, in life we forge friendships, partners, acquaintances, that is, socializing, somehow we all have different responsibilities in society, some of us are teachers, others are engineers, other doctors, architects, masons, etc., etc., and at any time according to our role we can help anyone near us.

The human being, in general, clings to try to do things well, however, the diversity of activities to be performed may prevent the normal or good development of these activities, many times we are little understanding with certain situations of other people, that is, we are not empathetic, little understanding, until the time comes to try to get the understanding of a person towards us.

In my work as a teacher I like to apply the understanding method with students, of course, as long as they are sincere and honest, some of them at a young age have to work to pay for their studies, and this can make it difficult for them at some point to meet their academic responsibilities, at least, meet on time, if from the beginning they are sincere and clear with their situation it is not difficult for me to understand their situation, and help them to comply with their work and study.

Being demanding is a form of rigidity that repels people who want to study, and for this, they have to work, many may say that as well as fulfilling their work, they should do so with their academic activities, this is true, the important thing is to give flexibility when delivering their activities or to present an evaluation, no one in this life is perfect, but, if we can be understandable with those people who demonstrate sincerity and honesty.

That is the key for me, sincerity and honesty, when they act in this way I become a facilitator of their activities, I listen to them, I advise them as much as I can, and I make them see their responsibility to fulfill their academic activities, when this happens the satisfaction is reciprocal, and the experience is rewarding, because you feel that you are helping someone who wants to succeed in life.

Maybe you had to dedicate a little more time to that person, however, having helped that person to overcome is priceless, remember that life is a mirror, that is, it reflects each of your actions, later we do not know if we will need the understanding of someone with a certain situation that we are going through, therefore, it is important to know how to give to receive, it does not mean that it is from the same person, usually we receive help from other people, but it is like a natural law of life.

I hope to continue with my methodology of understanding with those people who show me sincerity and honesty, and whose goal is to succeed in life, every society in the world requires people with positivism and desire to be better people, how not to help them.
