Greetings again my dear friends, I hope you are all very well, it is undoubtedly the enormous work done by science in human beings, which is why, this time I want to talk about some scientific contributions related to generate more happiness or joy in people, and this aspect is invaluable for all human beings.

Speaking in general terms, it is difficult to find people who refuse to be happy, of course, there are exceptions, but the common denominator, without a doubt, is to pursue happiness from every point of view, let's see how science has managed to make its contributions on this essential subject.

In our mind, arrive or reflect a lot of emotions, one called negative and other positive, among the family of positive emotions we find the joy, joy is one of the most desired emotions for the human being, so much so, that in general, we love to be surrounded by cheerful people because this makes you be optimistic.

Although joy can be transmitted or contagious, it influences people's way of thinking, as well as their habits, which is why joy has been a source of inspiration for the field of science, which has conducted a series of studies in order to know the traits of those optimistic and cheerful people.

Science tips to be more cheerful

Science has become the best tool for the interpretation of the different stages of the life of mankind, from its contributions, other essential branches such as technology and education are fed, so it has been determined that technology is applied science, and hence, its great tangible benefits in each of our activities.

Now, returning to the subject of analysis, we will express in a general way some advice extracted from several scientific researches, for example, we can begin by expressing that those people whose work place is close to their home, are happier than those who have to move to a more distant place, often spending several hours of transfer.

If we wish to walk the path of joy, then we must be emotionally intelligent, that is, we must know ourselves, since this allows us to regulate our emotions, and thus adapt them to the reality that surrounds us at any given time, another aspect is related to going out to clear our minds, every day is not the same, and if we lock ourselves in our homes, the most likely thing is that we begin to accumulate problems.

When we go out in the sun it helps us to generate vitamin D, and walking allows us to produce serotonin, and as we have said, this substance is known as the hormone of happiness, when we leave our homes, besides breathing fresh air and clearing the mind, it also helps us to relate to other people.

Our happiness increases if we share with positivist people, some studies have affirmed that happiness is contagious and influences our happiness, another interesting recommendation is that we must constantly live in the present, that is, without collapsing our mind with future worries, therefore, focusing on today, helps us to be happier.

To close with these recommendations, we must highlight the important fact of sharing with family, although to many it may seem a natural or common activity, usually we do not do it, or we do not do it regularly, having family support is essential to give joy to our mind and body, so enjoy all those moments that give us joy.

Conclusion

Many times we are overwhelmed with so many daily tasks, this exhausts us physically and mentally, and what we do is to close ourselves, that is why science, technology and education, do not rest in their desire to provide us with the greatest possibility of generating joy during our existence.

It is important to incorporate in our list of activities, any type of trip, studies reveal that people are infected with joy, at the precise moment of planning a vacation, because in their mind come those anticipated images of moments of sharing and relaxation with family, among many other things.

Let us spare no effort to attract joy to our lives, let us add everything we can, the accumulation of this type of energy will serve as a shield in difficult times, and in this way, several scientifically based studies have shown, and also, each of us can verify by putting it into practice.
