It could be our way out.

The man was about to get to them but there came a flood of rats and flooded him along with the torch. It looks like they're too big in numbers and they are not afraid of the fire when they're this many so Amicia and Lucas had to run for their life.

I can't imagine having a horde of something chasing me, that'd tear me apart if they catch me. Amicia is in that situation and I had to make sure the she doesn't stop running. The problem is, I had to run in this way where I could see the rats chasing me but I couldn't see what's ahead of me.

I got caught by the rats for once and I did good at the second time. Lucas was ahead of me and found a gate so right after I went in there, we shut the gate so the rats can't follow us on the other side. Buuuuut, can you see the fences beside the gate? The rats could just use those holes to get to this side and yeah, they used that route to come to this side.

Fortunately, we were in light as there was a torch beside us which is why the rats didn't attack us there. I picked up the torch and started walking forward asking Lucas to keep hold of me and I found some bones there.

It looks like the rats in this game can even climb up, especially through those nets. Amicia was talking about getting surprised seeing all these rats suddenly and Lucas said they're here for Hugo.

We had to let go of the torch as we had to jump over a wall. I just don't understand this physics of leaving the torch behind because of doing some jumps. I mean, the can just pick it up after jumping up or the other one can help about it. Well, we got some sticks to do the work.

Amicia was worrying about night falls when nothing will stop them from getting out and it'd be a massacre then so we must get to higher grounds before that.

I had to release that fire source so it gets close to the ladder otherwise we couldn't use the ladder as it was in the dark.

After getting to this higher ground, it felt better and they started taking deep breath now but they didn't know how long it was going to last. Then we had to crosse that gap through a beam which was the only way.

I reached to safety but Lucas fell below breaking the beam as he was rushing. Fortunately, there was light on him so the rats behind him didn't attack.

Amicia asked Lucas to get to the higher ground quickly using the ladder and then I started moving forward with a stick torch. Lucas was stuck so I threw a burning stick towards a fire source close to him and lit it so I could throw him a stick next.

And I threw him a stick next like I planned to which Lucas set on fire and ran to me. Luckily, he was still in one piece and nothing worse happened later.

Then we could use this ladder to climb up that I was unable to use before helping Lucas coming to this side. They were thinking of getting close to the light but they were going below taking the stairs.

Lucas got surprised not seeing any rats after getting down there but it looked like they were here not long ago as there were messed up bodies around.

Then we reached this place and it looked like there was an elevator as there were rails on the wall and it could be our way out. And we found skeleton of an elephant.

Then we found this crank that we rotated and unleashed the hordes of rat. Now we had to look for a way to light up that brasier on the elevator which should light up the whole room and we'd have to look for a way to get the elevator down as well.
