All That Remains.

Melie came back to the castle with her brother Arthur. She brought news that Amicia's mother is alive, imprisoned by the inquisition. Despite Amicia's determination to hide the truth from her brother, Hugo heard everything, and his condition suddenly took a drastic turn for the worse. Amicia and Lucas leave immediately for the De Rune estate, seeking a key ingredient in the life-saving elixir.

Amicia and Lucas reached close to Amicia's home and it was full winter as I could see snowfall around that made the environment beautiful. We went ahead and found a bridge collapsed which was at least a century old bridge.

As the bridge was totally destroyed and we wouldn't start swimming there, I looked for an alternative way and I found one. There we noticed the standard of the inquisition and also campfire that says there were their peoples not long back.

We noticed this hole where hundreds or rats were moving each other in a sphere direction and they were not even paying attention that we were there.

I guess the rats are having change of behavior. I used a Luminosa and I eliminated all those rats there though I could just ignore them.

Then we reached this road and we noticed the road was blocked by more hundreds of those rats and it looked like they don't want us to pass. I took an alternative way and I looked at them from above to try understanding their behavior.

There was this cart having flame on it and it was blocked by a chain. I broke the chain by throwing a rock and the cart sent all the rats to the water and that's when Amicia was saying, "This is my home. Do you hear that? My home". The words of Amicia told me how angry she was at those rats.

We found a hut by the road and the road was blocked by more rats. There was a lantern that we could use to move the rats away and there was a gate that had a chain lock on the other side.

We planned it this way that Lucas would use the lantern to get me to the other side of the gate. Then I used another lantern to help him get to me.

We moved forward, found a wounded inquisition guard whom I killed throwing a rock at her head and then I noticed we were surrounded by the rats. I could hear another guard was asking for help and I was confused how to move those rats out of our way.

I used an Odoris to attract the rats to elsewhere and we moved to the other guard. The guard was saying I'll have to pay for killing the other one and I didn't hesitate to take him down as well.

There were hundreds more rats blocking our way from getting inside the premises of the palace. I moved them away using another Odoris and we went inside to the other side of the gate. The whole place was messed up and we noticed a body in front of us.

Amicia was like, "NO, NO, NO" after seeing the body and Lucas suggested they can stop and look for another way but Amicia said she has to see.

We went close to the body and it looked like it's Amicia's father's body.
