Dieting or exercise; I choose both
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle should be everyone's priority; a life outside of being healthy isn't a good one. I'm sure many will agree with me. Dieting and exercising are ways to stay healthy because this is essential for physical and mental well-being. Many people only go on a diet and exercise when they want to lose weight, and in the end, when they can't keep up with it, they regain the weight they lost sometimes. Both dieting and exercise have their advantages for the human body, and when done approximately, they give the desired result.
Nutritious meals and regular exercise help prevent chronic diseases when they are part of one's lifestyle rather than on a temporary fix. Dieting is a good way to stay in shape, but this alone cannot give the desired result without the help of exercise; these two go hand in hand; likewise, exercising without eating good food is like a punishment. I read in a book where it stated that "good food is life, and life is good food." This emphasizes the importance of eating good and nutritious meals.
Dieting and exercise should be combined; this is why it's advised that a focus should be on whole, minimally processed foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, dairy products, nuts, and seeds. All these help provide sustainable energies, giving the body all the needed nutrients for growth and development. Cardiovascular exercises such as walking, running, and swimming help burn calories and are good for a healthy heart and lungs. Dieting can be difficult. I've seen people who started the dieting journey but couldn't finish it, and in no time, they were back to their old ways.
Dieting can be frustrating; likewise, exercising. I tried to download a few exercises I can do at home, and I just couldn't keep up with them as part of my daily routine. I got tired of them easily, and it seemed like stress to me, but truth be told, it isn't; it is a good habit to practice. Dieting is not far for people who want to lose weight alone; that's many people's thoughts, though, but that's not right. Recently, I read that it is right and appropriate for one to eat according to his or her blood group. Many might be wondering what that is; I asked the same question, but it is the right thing to do. There are several foods we consume that are not so good for our health, but we don't take note of them sometimes because we don't have a choice but to eat them.
I wonder if dieting is a good one for an average Nigerian whose take-home salary is #30,000 monthly. During this holiday, I went to a gym center not too far from my house to inquire about their services and prices, and I was told I would pay the sum of #40,000 for a month. To me, that price is just too much, which means I won't be able to do that. Dieting and exercising are good for healthy living, and it is a habit one should practice daily.
Thanks for your time, and your comments will be appreciated.

Thank you
Both dieting and exercise requires consistency and determination because the desired result will never come in a month or two, it is usually slow but surely shows after a while.
I also believe that balancing both dieting and exercise is the best.
You are right boss, both work to
healthy food good for our diet
Very good
Both have their good and bad sides, and the bad side is even worse if they are practiced separately.
Things are really difficult, getting a proper meal nowadays is don't else but it shouldn't stop us from getting a good meal, most of us think we need to spend so much to get a good meal but no, with a small amount of money one can still get a balanced diet, the problem with most people is they want to make everything big... If you can't get the main thing, you can improvise
You are right sweet
