Paseo, compras y pizza (Esp/Ing)

El martes decidí ir de shopping al centro de la ciudad, quería mirar ropa para buscar dos camisas cómodas y bonitas. Visité varias tiendas, observando todo con detalle, se respiraba el ambiente navideño, adornos y luces en cada rincón. La Navidad es una época llena de mucho color. Había gran cantidad de personas en la calle, así que podía perderme y pasar desapercibida en la multitud, lo cual es muy fácil con mi baja estatura 😂.

On Tuesday I decided to go shopping downtown, I wanted to look at clothes to find two nice and comfortable shirts. I visited several stores, observing everything in detail, I could breathe the Christmas atmosphere, decorations and lights in every corner. Christmas is a time full of color. There were a lot of people on the street, so I could get lost and go unnoticed in the crowd, which is very easy with my short stature 😂.

Después de divagar, pasear un rato, disfrutar de la música y probarme algunas camisas, finalmente elegí un par que cumplieron mis expectativas; una verde manga corta y otra rosa de tiros cruzados. Tenía tiempo que no me autoconsentía, pues las prioridades cambiaron ahora que soy mamá. Espero poder repetir la experiencia muy pronto, después de todo las fiestas decembrinas son una oportunidad ideal para autoregalarse 😅.

After wandering around, strolling for a while, enjoying the music and trying on a few shirts, I finally chose a pair that met my expectations; a green short-sleeved one and a pink one with crossed straps. It had been a while since I had a selfie, since my priorities have changed now that I am a mom. I hope to be able to repeat the experience very soon, after all the december holidays are an ideal opportunity for self gifts 😅.

Me empaquetaron mis camisas y salí de la tienda, ya era un poco más de mediodía y el rico aroma a pizza hizo que levitara hacia la Panadería Virgen de Fátima. Allí las pizzas recién horneadas me enamoraron, así que me dirigí a la caja para pedir una pequeña. A veces, hay que dejarse llevar por estos antojos, sobre todo, cuando se trata de queso derretido.

They packed my shirts and I left the store, it was already a little after noon and the delicious aroma of pizza made me levitate towards the Virgen de Fátima Bakery. I fell in love with the freshly baked pizzas there, so I headed to the checkout to order a small one. Sometimes you have to give in to these cravings, especially when it comes to melted cheese.

Me senté a esperar mi pedido y allí pude contemplar los hermosos adornos navideños. Un enorme árbol de Navidad junto a dos cascanueces engalanaban el lugar. Lo curioso es que el árbol estaba decorado con unas ardillas, ¿algo inusual, no? Tenía lazos y bolas doradas, plateadas y blancas, para estar a tono con los personajes principales. Una idea original para mantener la armonía en el diseño.

I sat down to wait for my order and there I could see the beautiful Christmas decorations. A huge Christmas tree along with two nutcrackers decorated the place. The funny thing is that the tree was decorated with squirrels, something unusual, right? It had gold, silver and white bows and balls, to match the main characters. An original idea to maintain harmony in the design.

La pizza fue un verdadero festín de sabores, el equilibrio ideal entre queso mozzarella, jamón, maíz, salsa y orégano. Fue una experiencia memorable, de esas que te dejan el estómago lleno y el corazón satisfecho.¿Acaso necesito más para catalogar esta salida como perfecta?

The pizza was a true feast of flavors, the ideal balance between mozzarella cheese, ham, corn, sauce and oregano. It was a memorable experience, one of those that leaves your stomach full and your heart satisfied. Do I need more to classify this outing as perfect?
