To celebrate Splinterlands six years Anniv, the team started a series of celebratory posts on X (Twitter). Starting since May 23nd, the team will post trip down memory lane while spotlighting some of the best parts about Splinterlands: rapid-strategy battles, tournaments, abilities, rewards, cards, lore, artwork, Conflicts, our community members, and so much more.
To support the game, let's spread the word with the hashtag #ageofthebattlemage on our Splinterlands posts. And for the lucky supporter, the team also giving away 335 Rebellion booster packs for 120 lucky winners who share, like, and comment on their anniversary posts.
The anniversary posts will run through May 31st, and we willl have about 48 hours after each post to share, like, and comment. The team will soon pick the winners, so we don't have wait too long! If you win, please share it on X with the hashtag #ageofthebattlemage

On May 31st, the 6th anniversary celebration will end with a bang: a massive Modern Splinterlands Open tournament !! As I've mentioned, THIS IS THE BIGGEST TOURNAMENT OF THE YEAR, With more than 1,5 million DEC, Some Runi, and Plots plus some rebellion Pack as Rewards !!
Here is the full list of prizes:
1st Place: Runi + 5 Plots + 1,000,000 DEC
2nd Place: Runi + 4 Plots + 500,000 DEC
3rd Place: 4 Plots + 45,000 DEC
4th-10th Place: 1 Plot + 20,000 DEC
11th to 47th Place: 7,000 DEC + 2 Rebellion Packs
48th to 61st Place: 4,000 DEC + 1 Rebellion Pack
62nd to 138th Place: 1 Rebellion Pack
If you are not familiar with SPL tournament, the open format mean you can use any cards at max level, without needed to buy or rent it. No ownership needed, you can create your best strategy without thinking about the rent or ownership !! This mean you have the same chance as the others (those rich people) for creating the best strategy to beat them !
To prevent the spamming from a players, this very specil tournament requires identify verification (KYC) to participate. Tutorial on how to verify identity, is on Splinterlands support article.
