Hello friends! Among my hobbies is the practice of physical activity, specifically calisthenics, which is the execution of strength exercises with your own body weight. Hello, Brother, these exercises take a lot of practice. They require a good previous base of strength, and must be improved little by little through progression exercises that improve strength and increase the difficulty. If you are interested in this kind of things I suggest you to look for Chris Heria's videos on the internet. He is a very famous calisthenics athlete worldwide and offers very good tutorials. I’ll check the tutorials out. This doesn’t look like something for me because I’m a very skinny dude and my physique doesn’t really say strength. Lol
If you really want to practice calisthenics you just have to go step by step, enjoying the process. Start with the basic exercises that will build strength and muscle mass (push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, crunches). And little by little your own body will get stronger and will demand more advanced versions. Courage bro
