Saludos amigos hivers. La semana pasada junto a dos de mis amigas y compañeras de trabajo del Instituto de Geología y Paleontología estuve en el complejo gastronómico "El Palenque", ubicado en el municipio Playa de la capital habanera.

Este paseo fue imprevisto, pues surgió ante un cambio de planes tras no poder asistir a un curso que debíamos recibir de unos especialistas rusos de la construcción a causa de falta de coordinación en las gestiones. Pero para no haber perdido el viaje ni la ocasión, mis amigas @arle99 y @cyntia98 me embullaron para ir a la heladería de "El Palenque".

En este lugar que visitaba por primera vez quedé sorprendido ante la gran variedad de ofertas y sabores de helados disponibles, tanto así que no sabía que sabores escoger, y después de pensar me decidí por una copa con sabores de coco, frutos del bosque y sabor yogur; mientras mis amigas escogieron algunos otros como chocolate, crema de leche, entre otros.

Y así, la verdad que nos dimos un gran gusto en aquel lugar, mientras conversábamos y compartíamos una agradable experiencia no planificada en un lugar muy gratificante.

Greetings friends hivers. Last week, together with two of my friends and co-workers from the Institute of Geology and Paleontology, I visited the gastronomic complex "El Palenque", located in the Playa municipality of the Havana capital.

This trip was unforeseen, as it arose due to a change of plans after not being able to attend a course we were to receive from some Russian construction specialists because of lack of coordination in the arrangements. But in order not to have missed the trip or the occasion, my friends @arle99 and @cyntia98 took me to the ice cream parlor "El Palenque".

In this place that I was visiting for the first time I was surprised by the wide variety of offers and flavors of ice cream available, so much so that I did not know what flavors to choose, and after thinking I decided on a cup with coconut flavors, berries and yogurt flavor; while my friends chose some others like chocolate, cream, among others.

And so, the truth is that we had a great time in that place, while we talked and shared a nice unplanned experience in a very rewarding place.
