Won Second Place || My Entry for the Hive Learners Contest "W37E3"

Hi all my friends in the Hive Learners community, meet again with me @rahmatandesti I hope we are all healthy and smooth in life.

On this occasion, I will again greet all of you in the flagship contest held by the Hive Learners community, a contest that is very interesting because it discusses something different in each edition, so I am very enthusiastic and don't want to miss it. In the last issue of Week 37, we will discuss the biggest compliment we have ever received. Of course everyone must have received praise either from family or close friends. Of the many compliments, there must be one that we think is the most special. I will also share a little story about the biggest compliment I've ever felt.

Praise is an appreciation or reward in the form of a greeting that is conveyed by someone to another person for the actions or achievements that have been achieved on the positive side. Praise can make people who receive it feel happy and flattered, so that it can give enthusiasm or can motivate them to be even better.

I have an interesting experience about getting compliments. I experienced this when I was still in elementary school. For me this is the greatest moment of praise that I first felt at that time. I still remember that experience to this day because it was one of the experiences that motivated me to continue learning and reach my goals to this day.

When I was at school, I was a diligent student. One of my favorite subjects at that time was mathematics. at school I was known to be smart in mathematics, so I was chosen to be one of the representatives from the school to take part in the sub-district level competition. There we had to compete with other schools that were at the same level as us and were in the same district. There are quite a number of schools in our sub-district because our sub-district is one of the largest sub-districts in our region.

Competitions were held in several categories and I was appointed to take part in competitions in mathematics. Before the competition started we were given instructions and additional study time to deepen our knowledge. Long story short, we have participated in all the competitions and I myself have given my best effort. After waiting several Thursdays waiting for the announcement of a new competition to be announced, at that time I felt very tense and anxious waiting for the results to be announced. Those of us who took part in the competition were brought to the place where the competition had been announced by the committee. When the results of the competition were announced I won second place and my name was called on stage to receive the prize. At first I wasn't sure I could win the championship because when I took part in the competition there were so many other students who looked smarter than me, so I was pessimistic about the results of the competition.

After getting the trophy and award from the competition I received a lot of praise even though I only won second place but everyone felt happy and proud of me. I myself also feel the same way. At that time, many compliments came to me from my family and closest friends. It was one of the happiest moments for me. I felt like the luckiest person at that time.
